Avoid buying from this company

About two months ago, I ordered a necklace which was supposed to be delivered within approximately 15 days. However, I still have not received it and I honestly do not know what to do anymore.
Every time I email them, they keep giving me the same excuse, saying that the delivery company has not yet come to collect the necklace.
They have neither delivered my necklace nor refunded my money.
I purchased this necklace as a birthday gift for my partner, but unfortunately it did not arrive in time and the whole situation has been extremely disappointing.
I strongly recommend that you avoid buying from this company and purchase from another seller instead.

The company is not trust worthy

The company is not trust worthy. I ordered a gift for my wife for our anniversary a month in advance. I received an email saying the delivery date would be pushed from May 12th to May 14th. It's May 18th still no package. No way to verbally speak to anyone. I am gonna dispute the charge with my bank and let them deal with it or be charged with Grand Theft;)

Ruby and Diamond Necklace

Ordered a ruby and diamond 18ct white gold paperclip necklace. I was kept informed the whole time and yes there was a delay, but it was a few days and I was contacted every step of the way. The gift packaging was lovely and the necklace is beautiful. The quality is amazing. Very very happy.

Disappointing service

Ordered an engagement ring from Glamira for a time-sensitive proposal, originally due around 15th May. Midway through production I then received an email stating there had been an “issue during production” and the ring had to be remade, with no proper explanation as to what had actually happened. This delayed the order by roughly another week.

During this delay, I realised I had made an error with the sizing and contacted customer service immediately to try and amend it before dispatch. I fully appreciate the sizing mistake was my own fault. However, considering the ring had already been delayed due to their own production issue, I asked if they could at least contact the factory and attempt to amend the order while it was apparently still in production.

Customer service refused to contact the factory to even ask, despite also being unable to provide any meaningful update on the remake or current production stage. For such a high-value and emotionally important purchase, the lack of flexibility and communication was extremely disappointing.

I also spent around an hour on hold from 8am on a Monday morning before the call eventually disconnected. While I did receive a callback around 15 minutes later, I would still expect far better accessibility and support from a company operating at this scale and price point.

To make matters worse, although “free resizing” is advertised, I was then informed the resizing process would take approximately 25 business days, which is an extremely long turnaround for an engagement ring.

Despite the delays and inconvenience caused by their own production issues, there was also no attempt whatsoever to offer any form of goodwill gesture, compensation, or practical resolution.

Overall, very poor communication, inflexible customer service, and not the level of service I would expect when purchasing something as important as an engagement ring.

Lovely Company and very classy presentation. There was a 2 day delay on original delivery date. Which I was fully informed about.
Lovely little ring, it looked quite small on comparison to my perception of the on screen photo. It is nevertheless lovely. So pleased.
