Lovely, quality piece at an excellent price point

I recently bought a silver ring which, when delivered, was beautifully packaged and included a certificate of authenticity. The ring & packaging certainly look more expensive than the price tag of €69. I purchased this for myself and would intend to buy from Glanmira again when looking for gifts for others.

Ordering was simple and good website

Ordering was simple and good website, was several weeks before I had communication and when logging onto site without my order reference was told had to call and not online . When item's turned up, delivery notifications was brilliant keeping me informed. Unfortunately was disappointed with couples promise rings. Very dull in colour not shiny at all and together heart shape not very visual. My partner didn't luke and also thought my ring even though had the stones set it looked too thick for my fingers. Such a shame as was an anniversary gift thought we could wear.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GLAMIRA. I have placed an order on April 16, 2026. My order estimated delivery date was April 29!!!
MY ORDER HAS STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET. It has been a month. I am getting married in 10 days! When contacting their costumer service, they do nothing but apologize. They don’t process to ship it. I want my money back. This is a NIGHTMARE!

Painless Process

I want to start of saying I am the…

I want to start of saying I am the person who very rarely makes reviews, but will not use this company again. The main issue is the reliability of the despatch and the total lack of customer service.
I had placed an order 3 weeks ago, after 2 weeks I received an email, stating the my order would be delayed by 1 week. Which was still ok, I still had 1 day before the important birthday, which the purchase was for.
On the day of delivery DPD rang my doorbell and said they could not leave the parcel, this was very disappointing. Basically if you work, which I would think most of their customers do, you have to wait until the weekend for delivery to be achieved.
I tried calling Glamira after 45 minutes on hold still no answer.
I believe customers deserve a better service than this, Glamira need to do much better.

Poor quality and customer service

Ring arrived 4 months later than initial informed delivery date and with really poor communication throughout the process. Ring became cloudy and mottled within the first 5 months despite always taking off to shower etc only to be informed this was not covered in the lifetime warranty. really poor quality and customer service as the ring isn’t wearable after less that 6 months of wear!

I ordered wedding rings and am left with no rings less than one month to go...

I ordered wedding rings and got an estimated delivery day for the 6-7th of may. A week before, got a new delivery date, 12th of May. Today is the 12th and absolutely no email or notification with package number for tracking. I get in contact with Glamira and find out the rings have not even been shipped. No new delivery date could be given. Had to talk to 3 differents agents since they just disconnect and leave the chat. Less than one month before wedding! Absolutey ridiculous!! If you want a smooth experience, DO NOT order your rings here!!

Really disappointed

Really disappointed - when I ordered a ring, we chose Glamira due to its impressive selection of rings and short production delays.

When ordering, I specified this was a gift destined for for my husband's 60th birthday, and it was estimated to arrive before the date. I also followed up with a reminder a few days later that this order was time sensitive and asking for reassurance that it would be delivered on time. I eventually had an update saying it would be a week late.

Then, after many efforts trying to follow up with their whatsapp function (impossible to speak to a person) I was told they would prioritise this order and do everything they could to deliver on time.

Our whole family was relieved at this new development, and grateful for this reassurance, especially when we saw on the tracker that the ring had been completed late last week and ready for delivery.

Imagine, then, our disappointment to learn that, despite supposed "priortisation", the parcel has still not been collected from their manufacturing site for DHL distribution four days after the ring was completed.

In the meantime, I have been desperately messaging them and trying to understand why this second delay has occured, and why the ring is still not with DHL. But all I have in return are acknowledgements of additional delays in transferring the ring for distribution.

It has been particularly frustrating to have them confirm that the finished ring has just been sitting there for days given the promise that we had been prioritised!!!

I will wait to see if Glamira can still deliver this ring with DHL by our ultimate deadline tomorrow evening in time for our celebration. If so I will very happily post a happy ending to this cautionary tale.

But if not I will be advising strongly against putting trust in Glamira and their estimated delivery timelines when there are important events at stake. And if those timelines are not feasible, then Glamira should just be honest and not publish misleading information.

Nobody knows where is the ring or when it comes

I ordered a ring, but it's taking forever to arrive. The customer service representatives don't know anything about when it will be delivered or what the current status of the product is. And it's really bad that you can only reach them online and not by phone.
