my mom bought my prom dress from this site on march 2nd and it said it be here by the 25th, it is now april 8th and we still have not received the dress. i may just be impatient but my prom is may 9th and im afraid the dress may not come in time.

The dress they sent me was poor quality and the wrong size. They did not answer my emails requesting a return. Very poor business.

My daughter ordered a prom dress. It is too big. I sent the email with a picture of the dress as required before they would agree to accept my return with a 15% restocking fee. Instead of allowing the return, I was sent a very lengthy email outlining a laundry list of other things I needed to do before they would allow me to return the dress. I work full-time and do not have a lot of extra time in my day to jump through hoops to get a portion of the $168.00 I spent on the dress

The experience was easy and fast, I loved the versatility. I hoped it was a little faster on the webpage as well.

Not only did my order confirmation never come with a tracking number, but it was $200 for the ugliest/cheapest quality of dress I’ve ever seen. It looks like something that had been sitting in an old 90’s basement for 30 years - SUPER tacky/cheap gems and material. The sparkles flake everywhere and on everything; plus, it sagged like a burlap sack. My sister-in-law got cheated by this company too for a bridesmaids dress (very similar experience). 10000% would NOT recommend this company!!!! Furthermore, they will only refund you 20% of your order like crooked scum.

I’m very thankful for the discount code that was added to my total, and I love the look of the dress I just purchased! Can’t wait to receive it!

I ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping. It says a label was created almost a week ago and I reached out to the company with no response. This dress is for prom for my daughter that is a Senior and probably has no dress for prom!!

I have ordered two dresses from them and they have both not been able to wear. The first one was the wrong color and the second one was supposed to black and it looks green. I’m very disappointed. Now I am having to resale them. I’m out of so much money and the don’t work with you when things aren’t right.
