!!! SCAM !!!
Avoid at all costs! They charged me with a subscription fee, for a subscription that I never agreed to or chose.
I used a link for a different company on Instagram but somehow I got a charge from them.

Absolute scam site. I have no clue how they got my email and details but have deducted money without consent. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

They made me a member of their site without my knowledge and withdrew my money. They are scammers. I want a refund.Navozi Limited made me a member of Glamour Cosmic without my knowledge and withdrew my money. I want a refund immediately. I will take legal action.

They sent me an email to refund the amount in exchange for cancellation of review. I canceled my membership an again charged heavily.

This is scam. I'm not gonna delete my review, rather posting another one so that people do not fall victim.

I purchased something from another company and noticed a charge from Glamourcosmic on my credit card less than 5 minutes from my transaction. I contacted the company and they informed me the charge was for a subscription, which I did not order.
I requested cancellation of the subscription immediately. I received an email from their Escalation Team Management informing me that the charge on my credit card would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I was also asked to providing a rating on their service. Subsequently, another charge went through on my credit card from this same company. Again I contacted the company and the same Escalation Team Management individual emailed me and informed me that a refund would be processed in 5-7 business days and requested a 5 star rating on this site. To date, I have not received any refunds however a new individual has contacted me from their team to request that I remove my negative comment. I replied that I would be more than happy to remove this negative, but honest review when I actually receive my refund. I also got charges from the following companies on the same day:
paper4dreams;
thetoptoybox; and
wekidshops.

The companies also took funds from my credit card and have not yet reimbursed me. They send the same comments as the Glamourcosmic team.

Do not use this site. Once they get your information, they keep finding ways to charge for subscriptions you don’t want.

June 9, 2025 update - no refund yet as promised. Just lots of emails asking me to remove this post.

The service I was given was exceptional

Scam...I was charged 2€ through another company's link...I never visited their site but they put me in their 'prime' membership (36€ or sth). Blocked them

It was a bad experience as the balance was withdrawn from my account without my consent.

UPDATE: Every second day they send Mails that I have to change the Review at Trustpilot in a 5 Star Review. Only with this step it is possible to have a Refund.
They wrote:

I hope that a lot of people read this Review before buying anything at these company!

THEY STILL SENDING ME EMAILS TO SUBBMIT A REVEIW FOR THEM ATHERWISE THEY REFUSE SEND MY REFUND

It's an absolute SCAM.
They are scamming people, trick them into paid memberships, without clearly stating so.
Their site is a sham as well, there's no actual product being sold there, every single item is either out of stock or can't be delievered to your country.
Their entire business is pretty much a fraud and should be investigated.
And don't let the positive feedback here fool you, they are promising people a refund for their scam in exchange for their positive feedback left here.
