Malfunction
I love my Whitney audio mirror which I bought in 2023 but it has suddenly stopped working and I can’t switch it on. Other devices work in the wall electricity socket so that’s not the problem. Can you help?
Thank you for your prompt response. My husband did something with the plug and it now works.

Great light, However....
Great light, however the USB that powers it is really flimsy and not very well built. It causes the product to overheat and USB is hot to touch.

The mirror was broken when we opened it…
The mirror was broken when we opened it on Christmas Day. The packing wasn’t effective enough to protect it during transit. The box had several holes on the outside by the time it arrived with us. The company was very quick at refunding us in full though- thank you.

Amazing brand
Amazing brand! very easy to work, three buttons, one for different colours, the other to turn on and off and one to turn brightness up and down. Outstanding lightning so you can see what your doing! Also very strong and sturdy. I would personally pick this if you had to get a mirror with lights on.
