I bought one large and two small ring lights. The one ring light didn’t even switch on. It was faulty from the start. I contacted the company and they said they would send a box for me to send it back and I can have a refund as I couldn’t have a replacement as they don’t do them anymore. I am still waiting for this and now the second one has stopped working and I’ve only had it just over 2 months. I’ve left messages, emails etc and still not had any response. Very poor customer service and poor quality products. Definitely won’t be ordering again from them.

It’s a beautiful mirror- easy to assemble, great lighting for meade up, and very decorative

A nice sized mirror with choice of lighting options. So far so good. Only issue is that because it’s touch operated, finger marks show up easily. It can be wall mounted but as the power cable is positioned at the back I’m am hoping it won’t make the mirror stick out too much.

I first contacted you on the 23rd of December regarding my broken mirror. It’s now the 4th of February and I haven’t had any replies to my emails. You stated in the comment on my last review that someone had responded, but I have received nothing.
I paid £300 for my mirror and for it to stop working less than a year down the line, I’m quite disappointed. Especially when you are taking no responsibility.
I’ve contacted Trading Standards so they can take the matter into their own hands.

Never again! Beautiful mirror bought for my daughters birthday, mirror arrived damaged in several places, contacted the company - emailed twice as I never had a response (apparently two email responses were sent, although to this day never received!) I then phoned and was given instructions to follow - May I add they still wanted me to go online to report even though they already had the damage report and photos! Advisor was unhelpful and very scripted. I asked for the matter to be escalated so I was told I could fill in a complaints form - cannot be filled in online and they thought I could print and return! All I wanted was to return and refund!!!! Asked to speak to owner of company, told this wasn’t possible. Lo and behold I then spoke to another advisor who was prepared to do her job and act on the information they had had for over 2 weeks! Item was collected last Wednesday, I emailed this morning as i had no receipt of return to them and asking where my refund was and miraculously refund now processed. Never has there been an apology for damaged item or awful service. Never ever again! I found the same mirror on another site for half the price and it’s perfect 👍🏻 Do your research before buying!

The customer service for this company is fantastic! Unfortunately the mirror arrived with a fault BUT Glamour mirrors dealt with this efficiently and superbly. It was a present for my daughter and I needed a replacement within days, a second one was sent immediately and arrived in time. I would highly recommend this company and the mirror is stunning!

Very impressed with the Marilyn Hollywood mirror, had a very minor problem which was sorted quickly, customer service was very friendly and helpful, don’t hesitate to buy, you won’t be disappointed.

The first mirror arrived smashed unfortunately but they sent a second mirror almost immediately after communicating it to them. It's the most perfect addition to my dressing room. So happy with it.

Great and friendly customer service from Glamour Mirrors. We had a slight problem with the first mirror, but after getting in touch which was very easy, we had a replacement sent out the next day. My daughter is very happy with her mirror. ☺️

My mirror came smashed to bits and I had a replacement from them in less than 24hrs. No extra charge, no excuses. Straight away they received the photos from me and replaced it.
