Total SCAM!! was charged and never received the product or a valid tracking number. Was told it was "too late" to cancel - huh? Who doesn't offer a refund when the item is never received....DO.NOT.BUY!

I can’t believe I got scammed. They landed up sending me a second set which came surprisingly fast. But they too came with the same problem. You can’t even get the lashes out of the box as the magnetic strip just stays inside. They are impossible. They are a total scam company and refuse to give tour money back. Do not buy from this Compnay. They won’t help YOU in any way. They are a big SCAM!!!!!!!!

Do not buy!!! They are absolute crap and don’t even adhere to your lashes. Threw them out. Waste of money.

To be honest they don’t deserve even one star. First of all the quality of product is really bad. Badly made, not symmetrical. Second of all it doesn’t work at all. Magnets are very strong on the application tool and pull lashes off as soon as you try to get them set in place.
I have been in contact with customer service to get a free return, charges to post in back are around £12, but they do not offer free returns plus, kindly offer to waive off restocking fee. It is an absolute joke and I will be escalating my case with PayPal.
Do yourself a favour and avoid them! Don’t bother.

Should be ZERO STARS!! I echo all the comments, so disappointed and waste of money. Took almost 2 months to arrive, terrible customer service even after opening a ticket. Automated answers. Product does not work, no instructions and box bent. Around the same time as this purchase I also have attempted fraud charges on my card from a company with a similar name. DO NOT BUY!!

This product is a dud and the company Glampolitan sells knock offs of legit brands out there. They sold me on the videos they used, I will give them that. Customer service is frustrating as you get the run around or automated help. After close to 2 months of waiting, I was highly disappointed but not surprised. The product was faulty. Didn’t work and magnets would only stick if you manually placed them together. The tool did not accomplish that task. Overall, I would not order from the company Glampolitan as much as their bought videos wheel you in. I’ve reached out for a full refund and prepared to escalate if this doesn’t happen.

I wish I could choose 0 stars. Took forever to arrive and they are useless. They do not come off the applicator. There are magnets only on the very ends so unless your eyes are enormous they could not possibly fit....because the magnets are at the very ends you can’t even cut them down to size. Don’t waste your time and money. What a scam.

Don’t waste your money! Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I echo all the negative reviews previously submitted and would go into the zero rating if possible. I placed my order in early January and received the product today. The packaging was cheap (box bent); no instructions enclosed....and the eyelashes simply don’t work. Duped!

So took over 9 weeks to arrive. I could have literally walked 5 minutes to shoppersdrugmart and bought a superior product for less money.
They are terrible quality. there are only magnets on the corners of the lashes. The lashed themselves look like halloween costume quality. Don't waste your money. I literally just flushed $35 down the toilet and wasted fossil fuels shipping this crap product all the way from China.

I never received my order and my emails only generated form letter responses that were no help. The on line chat did not reply to my enquires. Scam.

I wish I read this before buying! But sadly I think we all got scammed at the same time as I see all these reviews coming out now! What a bunch of scammers! The product was absolute garbage - I could get better quality items from the dollarstore! How can a fake company have all these fake review on their website. So absolutely disappointment and frustrated with myself. Keep spreading the news ladies - tell all your friends!

Got my money back because I payed with PayPal! Open a dispute! This company is fake!!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I most definitely would.

First off, I ordered this on 1/15. I received it on 2/13. According to their policy, you have 30 days from the day you PURCHASE it to return it. Let me say it again, from the day you PURCHASE it; not receive it. So, by that logic, if they send you the item late, and it takes more tham a month to get to you, you don't qualify for a refund. Oh, and you pay to send it back to them.

Secondly, the packaging is the cheapest thing I have ever seen. The box itself came bent and slightly ripped. There are NO instructions; just the applicator and lashes and a carrier bag(?) that kind of smells like chemicals?

Thirdly, the lashes DON'T WORK. They absolutely do not work. You can't get them off the applicator. They won't really stick together on your lashes either but they stick well together on its own.

Lastly, I had 2 days to start the refund process. They say to use the bot ticket/chat system on their website or whatever. Fine, I did that. Then an actual human responds and you get an email. They asked me to send a photo ans gave me instructions on how to apply the lashes and you respond. THEN YOU GET A FRICKIN AUTOMATED EMAIL telling you to talk via the system on the website again because they don't take messages via email. Okay.. then why do you even have an email to begin with. It's extremely inefficient and frustrating.

TL;DR- lashes don't work, it's basically a scam, you can basically give up on getting a refund.

I have had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered January 10th, no products, many exchanges with the stupid bot, messages giving me a tracking number that does not work, telling me to be patient. I was successful in getting my credit card company to dispute the charges and refund my money. Sites like this are helpful in providing evidence to the credit card company that Glampolian is a scam

The magnetic lashes were a fiasco. For remedy they offered a full refund to return it to the UK. At a prohibitive cost. They do not care about your satisfaction. I doubt that I will ever get a refund (we will see) and if I don't, I will be $60 in the whole. They offered a 25% discount on a next product. Really?

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! I received a pair of random compress gloves...what even is that?? I thought it was something my boyfriend ordered so i put them aside, throwing the packaging in the bin like a normal person. Turns out this is the way they can say its delivered to my house and i needed the packaging to get a refund!!!! I am mad! As PAYPAL have awarded in their favour!!!!! Because i didnt go diving in the local tip for the packaging. So raging. Please please please do not even try. Why didn’t i see these reviews before haha! Lesson learned!

Omg where do I start from ordering The experience got worse, promises of items being shipped, no tracking number was valid, automated replies to my emails nearly 2 months to arrive even though they said 1 week to 15 days given COVID-19 situation.
And when they did arrive today .... shoddy goods , 2 magnets at either end, so once I eventually got the magnets to seal together they stick up either end as nothing supporting in the middle, I was so excited to order these products ..... but equally excited to put them back in the box where they belong . So annoyed at this Fraudulent company.. .. grrrrr especially being on limited funds , I saved hard for these faulty goods , now I want my money refunded

SCAM! AVOID. Its terrible! I ordered Jan 10 and until now Feb. 24 it did not arrive. I asked them for a refund but they kept telling to be patient and my order is on its way! Thats what the costumer service keep on saying every time I contact them.

Complete scam. Ordered product on 15/01 and was advised shipment to be updated and gave a tracking number (and guess what? Doesn't exist). I got through to their customer service and they advised that there are cargo plane restrictions so apparently my tiny little package i ordered is sitting on one of them. What a joke. When asking for a refund, guess what? They avoided that at all costs too. Telling me how kind I was to be sooo patient. Utter BS.

I'd do zero stars if possible. So I ordered both lashes on the 10th of January, they emailed saying it had shipped out on the 16th and I only ever got one tracking update. The system is a joke. And it didn't arrive until over a month later on the 21st of February.. I opened the parcel and one of the boxes was open. Not even sealed. The sticker on the boxes say 25-1-2121 which makes me think that's when they were really shipped. Very suss. And it was all a complete and utter waste of time and money. They don't work. It's 2 magnets poorly glued to the lashes and not even at the very end. The applicator magnets are too strong so the lashes just stick to that every time and not your lashes and when I finally did get them on using my hands it just looks stupid because again it's two magnets stuck on each lash and not even at the end so the lash sits weird and sticks up at the end again looking stupid. And with refunds, you have to pay, and its within 30 days of purchase? Took over 30 days for me to receive them. I have messaged but don't have high hopes. So hard to reach them too, poor service but they're ripping people off so no wonder why. Bunch of low lives preying on us poor girls who can't glue on lashes to save our lives haha. DO NOT ORDER THESE. SCAM. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME.
