A BIG FAT SCAM.

I LITERALLY cannot believe how irritated I am about how you can't get into contact with anyone from this company. Obviously it is a major scam and they have the computer reply you and you will never reach them. I'm pretty mad about this and I don't know what to do to get my money back because I paid with my credit card.

SCAM

SCAM! Do not order. Ordered from them on January 6 and still have not received my order. Tried contacting them but all I get is a bot that says it is "on the way." DO NOT waste your money. Unfortunately, I didn't pay with paypal so probably won't get my money back but I hope this reaches more people who are considering it. Posted on their FB page too but all negative comments are being deleted.

Update: March 4 and I still have not received anything. Contacting them is useless. Judging by the other reviews of people who did get their order, the lashes are trash so please save your money! They will probably create another company doing the same thing now that all these reviews are coming in so be wary!!

SCAM! Do NOT order.

I actually received the magnetic lashes but they were very poor quality and faulty (lashes not properly attached to magnets). As others noted I reached out through Glampolitan customer service and received no response. I eventually went through PayPal which directed me to their parent company Zekese. They were much more responsive but equally useless as they told me I only had 30 days to return. Keep in mind it took me nearly 30 days just to receive the product in the first place. Such a scam. Don’t order from them.

I ordered January 5th 2021 as of today…

I ordered January 5th 2021 as of today I haven’t received my order. Do not believe the statement that you will get your order in a week!! I have contacted them several times and all they keep saying is that it’s on its way. Thank god I paid with PayPal as I’m going to get my money back.

Faulty product - here's how I finally got my refund.

The tool to apply the Glampolitan magnetic lash kit just does not work. The lashes I received only had 2 magnets, one at each end, which makes them almost impossible to stick together properly. There was also an issue with delivery, while they guarantee delivery within 2 weeks, this did not occur either.

If you have a problem, the galmolitan.com website support system is fraught with errors and an annoying auto responder. Their support site chat box is light pink in colour and difficult to read ... and went silent after my second attempt to explain why a refund was needed. They have no address on the website and if you do need to send a product back, they provide 2 addresses, one in the U.S. and one in the U.K. They first told me I needed to apply for a refund via their support site and see if my application is granted. They then offered me a refund of 25% of the item. When I kept requesting a full refund, they told me to send the product back at my expense to see if they will agree to my request, but from Australia, the cost for me to send it back equalled over 90% of the cost of the product.

Australian law says, "If you're returning a product because it's faulty and doesn't meet your consumer guarantees, then the remedy provided by the retailer should not come at any extra cost to you. And if it does, the business will be required to reimburse you."

As I had purchased through Paypal I reverted to using their resolution process, and as I needed to provide proof of the issue I was experiencing before they would entertain a refund I posted a video on Youtube explaining the problem ,,,

To see the video explaining what's wrong and why the Glampolitan Magnetic Lash Kit doesn't work, search on Youtube for GLAMPOLITAN MAGNETIC LASHES FAIL (uploaded to my Celebrity Websites AUSTRALIA account).

A proper solution was finally received ... but only after much difficulty and being given the run-around time and time again.

The company is called ZEKESE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. and as of this date, they have a very poor reputation here on Trust Pilot.

If I hadn't escalated the issue to the Paypal Resolution Centre and made a video explaining the problem, I doubt if my issue would have been resolved satisfactorily at all.

I trust this review helps others.

To anyone who was scammed like I was, dispute your claim with your bank!

This company is actually the biggest scam. Do not buy from them. They will give you the run-around for MONTHS if you have any issues, trying to dodge any accountability. I never received my package, so I contacted them, and they treated me like I was a fraud. They don't provide any help at all, and they just repeat the same messages over and over again in every email. I never usually write reviews, but this was just ridiculous. To anyone who was scammed by them, call your bank to file a claim to dispute the charge!

Scam!!! Paid, order never received, customer service not answering.

Scam! I have ordered a set of lashes on 14th of Jan 2021 and until now, neither my tracking link is working, nor is customer service answering any e-mails. They have of course already withdrawed the money and are daily trying to upsell me something via e-mail, "covering" the marketing e-mails by adding "update on your order" or "update on your tracking link" in the subject line.. I'd be suprised if me order will ever arrived but even if, I'd never buy here again.

Would give 0 stars if able

Would give 0 stars if able. Ordered on Jan 12 and, received Feb. 7 and in the meantime, I noticed increasingly negative comments were all disappearing from facebook. Tried to cancel order before they shipped (after waiting more than 2 weeks from ordering with still no shipping notification). Was refused cancellation as product (finally) sent to shipping. Product arrived from China. As others have mentioned, the lashes will not come off of the applicator and I have not been able to get them applied to my lashes even once. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I refuse to pay shipping to return the product for only a partial refund.

Doesn’t work, not possible to return, scam

Some lashes were missing magnets but that wasn’t the biggest problem. The magnet on the applicator is so much stronger than the magnets in the lashes, that there’s no way they will come off the applicator into your lashes. I could not get them on at all. Returns are pretty much impossible - an automated bot says that you must send photo evidence (how do you take a photo of “lashes don’t apply easily as advertised”?) and you must pay for your own shipping. There’s also no way to leave a review on their site, so all the ones you see must be faked. I don’t want to spend another cent on this, so I’m giving up on the refund and just throwing this product away. I had such high hopes but this was a complete waste of money.

A Truthful Account of my Depressing Experience with Glampolitan

The magnetic clip on lashes don’t work at all for me no matter how many times I try & they don’t sit well even if they clip on well — it’s quite likely the application videos only show what it looks like from the front but not from the front.

I decided to return them since I didn’t really wear them but they only respond to return claims using bot emails & while the bot email did offer me a 25% return of my money if I decide to keep the item, they placed me on their email blacklist so that none of my emails would go through & be counted as spam.

I tried using a different email & copied my order details into my enquiry so that they can process the 25% return for me but they only responded with a bot email saying to find a solution on the website’s chat bot — which is unable to process returns for customers anyway.

So while the Glampolitan site claims to have been featured on many reputable platforms, that is not the case at all & completely unwilling to provide even customer service or a real person to speak to.

As evidenced by my experience, I was conned among many others with a product that does not function & they as a company know this so they hide behind these bots to exasperate & run away from consumers.

Seems as previous reviewer...

Seems as previous reviewer - all the 'Sales' communisations, in fact way too many yet when you're finally given a tracking number it doesn't show any package in transit, same message 'check back' - thought this was a US company as changed in $ yet tacking number provided shows appears to suggest a Chinese carrier!

Note @ time of writing 'Instagram' account gone!

Again, PayPal payment so will claim back if...
