I had a mixed experience with glasgowlaptops.com. My old Dell wouldn't boot, but Allan managed to sort it out in two days, which was great. While communication was good, the resolution cost was not quite suitable for me. I ended up purchasing a reconditioned Thinkpad, which met my expectations in terms of spec, speed, and price. Allan was knowledgeable and provided friendly service, but some aspects could be improved. Overall, a decent experience.

Unfortunately my issue was not resolvable at a cost that was suitable. However, Allan gave great customer service. He was honest and tried numerous ways to find a suitable resolution.

Purchased a reconditioned laptop from Allan and was in excellent condition and was shown the laptop working in his shop before buying and he explained the warranty conditions. Totally acceptable and was really happy with the laptop and will be a returning customer in the future.

I sent him my requirements and he gave me advice on options and the spec of the machines that would fit my requirements.
No need to buy a new machine when you can pick up a really good quality second hand computer for a fraction of the cost.

Was looking for a upgrade to replace my current laptop and i came across Glasgow laptops. I explained all my requirements and also my budget. Allan was very accommodating and spend the time with me clearly explaining all of the available options to me.

When i went to collect my laptop he spend the time showing me around the machine and answering any of my queries and questions

Good Guy, Quick repair.

Allan recommended a couple of laptops to me after I told him my requirements. After discussing my options, I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad X390 which will suit me perfectly. Allan was very patient, answering all my questions. There was no hard-sell, as confirmed by previous reviewers. I dont know much about computers but needed a new one as mine was running slow. (I only use it to play football manager) Bought one from glasgowlaptops and I love it. It was half the price of the one I was going to get from pc world and runs twice as fast. I know this cause my friend bought the pc World one.
