so my friend told me about glassagram 4 checkin private profiles and i was like, hmm ok worth a shot cause my ex’s account is locked up tight. it took like 9 days 4 me 2 get in which was a bit much 4 my patience tbh but i finally got the info. they added waiting days to my subscription. i’m happy with the app just be ready 4 a wait

Really bad service, and i wanted to use the 14 days refound policy and i didn't have any support.
In addition once you pay the subscription you have to pay 92€ for every account you want to monitor.

And it is not clear in their documentation.

Really to avoid.

SCAM! I purchased for a legitimate, lawful investigation. Customer service will string you along beyond the 14 day limit to obtain a refund. Absolutely bogus - do not use Glassagram!
UPDATE: I am currently still waiting for the information and this is now day 57 since I first sent the request to Glassagram. 57 days. And of course a canned response from them assuring us they are not a scam yet they advertise a product that doesn’t produce. It should also be noted once you pay $135 for access you are immediately required to pay an additional $30 for “technical support “. The more I write about this the more disappointed I am for falling for their fake website and product

I read negative review at first but decided to try .I bought the normal membership but canceled after as I did not wait enough and felt unreliable ..then decided to do it again ,understood the process and issues sometimes ..I would say I can receive the stories update ( dont forget to click every day on update to get it ) 90% of the time.sometime IG is updating the app so it can cause issue and delay for one to 3 days but on average I am happy. the best option for me as I want the best service and long term use I took the elite program for one year ..the support online is extremely good ,some agent better and more skilled then other .I will surely renew for one more year next year . if following a private account is really Important for you ,specially for several months ,then I really think Glassagram is the best option

Had to wait a bit to access the private profile but it was worth it. Support was responsive and helped me thru the process

Bought a plan for 1 month and was charged $49.99 for viewing public account. wanted extra plan for another account and clicked add account and was charged higher amount.. Support explained that private account cost more and i didn’t notice the amount cuz it was in small print… My bad… anyway support was polite and respectful

Biggest RIP OFF!!!!

A supscription cost already around 50 usd. To add 1 profile to monitor another 50 usd. Access immediately? No way, long waiting time as well.

Another account to add is another 100 usd. Only to see this later at my credit card bill.
Their customer service answer: no refunds!

Do NOT use this site ever!!! They will be taking your money and these amounts are not little.

I have been charged USD $224 for access to the website for 5 minutes and asked for a refund because I realized I subscribed for a whole year and wanted to see what the product was about. They sent me a refund policy which cannot be seen on the website (it is not visible) only after you pay for their service for them to send you the specific link. They initially did not want to refund me at all but then offered a partial refund to charge me one month of service of $50 which I no longer need but at least I got some money back. I dont think it’s the product itself - products can be good or bad and it does exist. Whether it does what it says is another issue because I had no specific use in mind - i was just curious what it was but got fooled on how much I had to pay for it. Price lable is not consistent so they try to rip off people by fooling their emotions and vulnerability. If you want to check info of someone, it’s not entirely accurate but you do have access to a bit more information on their interaction but timeline is not accurate. All in all, I would say their morals and ethics on customer service and business transparency needs to be improved.
Update: I just realized I was charged $400 USD total and they didn’t even mention that I was charged for another service or been charged twice and it just posted on my credit card so I have to see if I can get my remaining refund of $200 usd back within the 14 days which is coming up.

Got a partial refund cause there was a billing mixup. anyway ,it gets the job done, I follow 1 hidden profile and 2 public accounts but it’s inconvenient to click button every time to sync data, anyway thx

I sign up for glassagram expecting I get instant access to hidden profile right away as advertised but there was delay which was really annoying and I almost thought it not gonna work I contacted support a few times they finally fixed it. it take longer than I wanted but at least money was not wasted. the service is okay if u got patience

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
They will save your payment information and deduct money from your account without your consent even if you clicked on “add profile” by mistake. The posts are all delayed or messed up. They say “our refund policy” every time you try to get a refund. They should actually be reported and shut down for illegal practices. Please be weary don’t use this companies service.
