Beware, frame may not be authentic
I ordered a Lindberg frame with prescription lenses from GlassesGallery. The glasses arrived with obvious quality issues: one temple was clearly misaligned and the bridge/front of the frame appeared twisted. The glasses did not sit flat and were completely unwearable. The lenses also caused severe distortion—vision was only clear through the exact center.
Customer support suggested I “adjust” the glasses at a local optician, which I refused because the frame arrived warped and I shouldn’t have to repair a product I paid for.
I followed their return instructions and shipped the item back with tracking. But the seller still said they need 14–30 business days after delivery just to “confirm” the refund. That’s an unreasonable delay, especially after they already have the returned item.
If you’re considering ordering here, document everything (photos, receipts, tracking) and be cautious.
