Beware, frame may not be authentic

I ordered a Lindberg frame with prescription lenses from GlassesGallery. The glasses arrived with obvious quality issues: one temple was clearly misaligned and the bridge/front of the frame appeared twisted. The glasses did not sit flat and were completely unwearable. The lenses also caused severe distortion—vision was only clear through the exact center.

Customer support suggested I “adjust” the glasses at a local optician, which I refused because the frame arrived warped and I shouldn’t have to repair a product I paid for.

I followed their return instructions and shipped the item back with tracking. But the seller still said they need 14–30 business days after delivery just to “confirm” the refund. That’s an unreasonable delay, especially after they already have the returned item.

If you’re considering ordering here, document everything (photos, receipts, tracking) and be cautious.

Do not offer from them

I ordered a pair of glasses from them on November 22. It is now March 22 and I still have not received them. They do not answer their phone. They do not respond to your emails do not buy from this place.

I had a great experience with them

I had a great experience with them, ordering toddler glasses and replacement lenses a few times. Customer Support was helpful, order was as expected and the time to receive was definitely reasonable.

Glassesgallery refund process is a nightmare. Be warned.

I dealt with them back in 2022. Return process is a nightmare! To give a store credit takes them 14 to 21 business?? & this is after receiving the product? Just to warn you, it will take you so long to get a store credit or even cash refund ( which is unlikely). My question is why take that long to process a store credit, why????! Another thing...hudson bay has no connection with glassesgallery and therefore you wont get any help from Hudson bay if something goes wrong-it's just a selling platform. My honest opinion? , shop for your glasses elsewhere!! & spare yourself unnecessary disappointment. I was terribly disappointed. Never again will I shop at Glassesgallery NEVER!. Buyer be ware! You've been warned.

Ordered “authentic” Tom Ford frames

Ordered “authentic” Tom Ford frames. Took 1.5 months to arrive. They were fake!!!! No original box with a serial number, no etching in the demo lens, one corner of beige frame has an area that’s bleeding through that is red, no instruction card from the manufacturer, Marcolin, wrong screws, flint bendable frame. Probably cost more to ship than to manufacture. Have repeat asked for proof of authenticity, but other than non-supported statements from the company. BUYER BEWARE! I’m sending my frames to the authenticity for counterfeit goods. Very very very poor decision to purchase from glasses gallery. Again, the frames I purchased were advertised as authentic, but nothing has shown them to be anything other than the fake.

GLASSES GALLERY CANADA

I Bought pair of rimless TOD'S eye frames with prescription lenses and after using them roughly 2 months the fame broke, and I had to send them for repair, i waited almost 4 months for the repair after numerous emails to customer service I was promised refund or store credit but never got anything. Finally my glasses were sent back to me badly repaired and one only one lens replaced not both. Bad service and extremely dishonest.
