I sent an old pair of lenses and they made identical lenses for me at a third of the cost that Boots had quoted.

Their online service was excellent

I used to deal with Will in Watford, and was told he had retired but that I could deal with this company online. I had a spare frame at home, and gave Nicole my prescription. She was really helpful but at one point I needed to actually speak to a person as my payment was not going through online. Nicole called me and it was all sorted out.
I placed the order and it was with me within 7 days, and I am so pleased with my new glasses.
Thank you so much for your help Nicole, and I would definitely recommend this company and service again.

They got excellent customer service but the only reason I gave it two stars is that I did not get any information about tracking my order. I made the order on the 4th of October, it is the 14th today and there's nothing! it is worrying because what if it was dropped by the building entrance and someone took it? or just lift by the mailbox!
This is the only order I made in my life that did not send tracking details. It's strange

Amazing customer service with fast email replies and you get the person who deals with your order, not an admin person or someone who has no clue !

Excellent service and speedy email responses

Generally a good experience both ordering and quick delivery of frames with prescription lenses. However it's a pity that sunglasses are apparently not available as varifocals - I had to select bi-focals, but these are no good for medium distance which is more important outside than close-up.

Ordered a monocle (yes, I know, somewhat strange) on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. I will order a pair of glasses in the near future, so I'll see what the more complex prescription will be like, but I have no reservations recommending them.

I needed a pair of bifocal glasses but had never worn them before. I was put off by the prices from both high street opticians and most of the internet companies I looked at - as I didn't know whether I'd take to wearing bifocals. This company provided a perfectly good pair from my prescription in less than a week and for a very reasonable price.
