The customer service dealing with Ana…
The customer service dealing with Ana and Bridget was very good. They were responsive and were able to keep me informed on my order. This was especially important since there were issues with the website-not accepting my credit card; and I don't use paypal. I was very happy with the shamrock pendant; however the chain that came with it was flimsy, and the clasp was small and not a lobster clasp.

My order arrived on time . I ordered a Ruby pendant for my wife's birthday, I was very pleased with the quality and presentation. It exceeded my expectations. Often when you order online the product is tiny or not as good as the picture, that wasn't the case with my purchase.

Great customer service
Placed an order for an anniversary gift, expected delivery date was 14-15th April. Royal Mail tracking showed the item to be stuck for just over a week. Spoke to customer services a couple of times who said it was a problem with royal mail. The item arrived a week late so was not here in time for the anniversary but customer services have since been in touch and explained this was due to strike action and have compensated for the delay. Lovely necklace and very impressed with after sales.

I ordered a gold claddagh and shamrock ring (with rubies for the shamrocks) for my wife on our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The ring arrived exactly on time and it is the most stunning ring I have ever seen. The quality is outstanding. I am taking my wife to Barbados for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary which is on the 21st June. I have booked a lovely restaurant by the Carribean Sea and plan on giving it to her during dinner. The ladies at Glencara very kindly said they would extend the 3 month free resizing service til August. Amazing. Thank you. I am very happy with my order, thank you very much. I would definitely give a 5 star review. The shamrock necklace is very important for me to wear to an upcoming funeral of a dear uncle. He was proud of his Irish heritage and he had an Irish shamrock tattoo on his arm. I wanted a necklace that looked the most similar to his tattoo and I also wanted it to come from Ireland. You have absolutely fulfilled my expectations so thank you very much.

Very poorly made necklace , cost over £250 , took weeks to arrive and when it did the disappointment was overwhelming!! Cheap looking as if it was stamped out.

I’m very happy with the jewelry and the quality of it. I purchased the jewelry for my bridesmaids and our moms for our wedding and I’m just thrilled how amazing it looks. Other companies I looked at didn’t have what I wanted and it looked cheaply made. Glencara’s jewelry knocked it out of the park with the exact design I wanted and I’m looking into getting myself some jewelry.
