Not really happy with the pendant nor customer service
My husband ordered a sapphire heart pendant for Christmas. As it was custom made it didn't arrive in time which was fine. However, the pendant albeit really pretty is incredibly lightweight and does not feel great quality. It also came with a chain with links that are so tiny it was knotted in the bag it came in so even before we put the chain on, it took over an hour to unknot it. Everytime I take it off it the chain gets knotted. I accidently dropped it on the floor and since cannot unknot the chain so cannot wear it. I feel this pendant was very overpriced for what we paid for it!
My husband contacted the Company, as we weren't happy and wanted to return it but has not heard back.

Ordered an item and no idea when it…
Ordered an item and no idea when it will be delivered!!
Ordered an item for Mother’s Day. On screen, prior to ordering it stated it would arrive in time. I then received an email to state delivery some 2 weeks after that date. Those dates have passed and upon checking, it’s been pushed a further 5 days with no communication.
As it stands, I have paid £73 for an item, missed Mother’s Day and have no idea when I will receive the item as delivery keeps changing.
I won’t be using this site again!
Whilst they state in their reply below that they have requested information from me, no email has been received.

Anniversary Gift
My wife and I visited Ireland a few years back and at that time she bought a cheaper ring that has since lost its luster. I'm surprised by the one star reviews. I ordered a ring last week, it arrived today but it was too big - My only advice would be to order one to one & a half sizes smaller. Emailed Glencara, they responded within 10 minutes with instructions on how to exchange. Job done.

Do not buy from here
I ordered a Claddagh ring costing £757.33. Never again! The ring looked cheap, was extremely overpriced and was NOT HALLMARKED.
The ring arrived by Royal Mail and was found on my door step.
Trying to get in contact with an actual person is next to impossible.
Was told by text that I could return and get a refund in 2-3 weeks on them receiving the item!!! Or get a 10 precent discount.

You’re right my apologies , during a live chat your agent wrote 1-2 weeks for a refund without tracking. However your tracking involves leaving the ring on the front door step without a signature.

As soon as this was brought to our attention, we offered to have a replacement sent to you and a ring custom made to your exact specifications, both of which were declined.
Regarding the difficulty you mentioned you experienced when trying to get in touch, we can see an email was responded to within 34 minutes and then one of our agents called you within the hour. You were also responded to straight away on live chat.
Having read through this chat, we can see that you were not advised that the refund would take 2-3 weeks.
I can see this has been resolved now and a full refund will be issued as soon as return tracking is received.
We are committed to providing both high-quality jewellery and responsive customer service, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention so we can continue to improve.

A few hiccups with delivery dates, but handled very well by customer services, and you have to keep in mind these pieces are made to order from scratch which takes time if you want a decent job! I ordered a necklace for my partner for Mothers Day from the kids, and it was beautiful. Lovely presentation with the gift wrapping, and my partner was very happy! Lovely work 👏👌
