The team, particularly Mike, have been hugely helpful and I'm hugely grateful for the advice that supports a DIY installation.

Dan was a super help during my transaction, he even made me a cuppa which was going above and beyond in my books! Dan also was very professional and knowledgeable which put me at ease, I hate dealing with cowboy outfits! All in all I would recommend Dan and staff for all Gas needs. 10/10

The guys at Glencoe complete their work to an extremely professional standard. They show respect to their surroundings and believe in a “you’d never know they were here” approach.

Glencoe Radon Gas Centre have just completed a very professional job at our house. We needed a radon solution and Phil and his team have been very communicative, responsive and knowledgeable. Phil took the time to make sure the proposal was suited to the specifics of our house. He worked in an incredibly tidy and professional way and the finished installation is very neat and discreet. He kept us updated and informed throughout the process and we are very happy with the result (we are waiting the results of retesting but are hopeful that it will provide confirmation of a job well done).

The address on the receipt was correct. The address on the enclosed paperwork was incorrect. Wrong house number correct postcode. The address on the outside of the package was incorrect. Wrong house number postcode.
As a result it was delivered to the wrong address. Thanks to Royal mail we were able to locate the parcel and collect.
I have phoned Raydon several times and left a message and telephone number but as yet I have received no reply.
It is important that the errors are corrected so that when the testers are returned I will receive the results at the correct address.

We have had two mini sumps fixed under our sitting room inserted from outside patio recently by Phil and his friend Tony. I am so happy to see the reading from our radon detectors every day constantly stay under 20 now. No more suffering from cold due to opening windows. We can have heating on as well before we could not. When heating was switched on, the reading from detector went up quickly.
We are really grateful to Phil. He is not only a radon specialist but also a very trust worthy, kind, reliable person. He has tried all his best to minimise the cost and the disruption for us. Now we not only have radon problem solved, also he has redone our patio and put gravels around our external walls and fitted new drainages for us. Hopefully the dump inside of wall will be sorted.
The radon fan box and wiring are beautifully done before I worried they might be ugly.
On the last day, Phil washed the patio and tidied our garden. I came home from work was speechless to see the new patio, drainage and gravels around house.

I was very disappointed in the service from this company. They don't answer the phone, take days to respond to chat messages, have a very un-user friendly website and then their phone system stopped working.

I had to moan on the chat to get a response and had to chase up my delivery. I'm praying the getting the results from the radon testing won't be as arduous and time consuming.

All of this is a shame because in the first call I had where someone answered, I was extremely impressed by the womans help and knowledge.

My request for Radon detectors was quickly acted on and information regarding their purpose and use provided to enable me to start my monitoring process.

Very qick to arrive. In three months i'll be able to report on the service as a whole.

Would highly recommend this company. Initially I contacted them through Whatsapp. They got straight back to me and attended to complete a survey within a week. I received their quotation a couple of days later and, owing to a cancellation, the work was completed by the end of the following week. They were at all times friendly, courteous, efficient and informative. Also they provided a commissioning certificate with five year fan warranty on completion. The installation itself is very neat and they left my property as they found it, despite having to dig right down under the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From their initial site visit and estimate to the working and completion of the job, Glencoe were professional and throughly competent. Once the schedule of works was agreed, they arrived on time, worked solidly when they were here, left everything in good and tidy order and set up a very efficient solution to reduce our Radon problem. They're a friendly family run business and I sincerely wish that I could find more contractors that put as much care and thought into a job, hence the 5 stars

The professionalism from start to finish along with the knowledge and experience of radon mitigation was second to none.
