Easy to follow process and prompt service. Easy to recommend.

I needed a radon test for a house purchase, I was working to quite a tight deadline. Charles at propertECO was extremely helpful and flexible. He helped me to obtain the detection kits at the weekend and gave detailed advice on where to position them, specific to the layout of the house I was purchasing. He was even contactable outside of normal business hours. Thank you Charles and team!

Great service and very helpful..received my 10 day kit very quick and the results came back within a week.

This company were excellent at communicating and extremely impressed as I needn't result for house purchase and it came back quickly and help was available and extremely responsive.

Our Radon levels were very high and no easy solution, a very tricky set of problems. Charles was very thorough in finding the best route, working with us & continuing to refine the plan as new information was revealed in our old, unusual property. We were aware that no guarantees could be made in terms of efficacy. But within a few days of installation, the levels dramatically reduced to between 2-5% of what they had been. 10 weeks later, results seem stable. Charles' has been excellent to deal with throughout & his patience and professionalism have been exceptional. I have joined trustpilot in order to post this review. We unreservedly recommend!

Nothing at all to dislike here, I bought a 10 Day Radon test kit to put in a new build house I wanted to purchase. Glad I did. The kit arrived very quickly, was easy to use and I received great, useful and prompt communication from Sharna and India. The kit worked well and I had the results within two days. I had a couple of questions afterwards and India was able to help with a helpful and lengthy email of information. An excellent service from start to finish. Many thanks to Sharna and India for a brilliant friendly and efficient. Its a pity there aren't more companies and people in the UK like I have experienced here. Thank you

Properteco has installed recently a radon mitigation system in my house and I was very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism of the team. The team was friendly, great communication skills, completed the work quickly and efficiently.

When we discovered we had radon levels slightly above the recommended action limit, we asked PropertECO to come in and assess our needs. We couldn't fault the careful way in which Charles carried out the consultation, or the swift and trouble-free installation of the eventual solution we agreed upon. There are a great many companies doing similar radon mitigation work out there, but we are glad we chose this one.

Our pre-mitigation Radon levels were relatively low; only just enough to warrant mitigation. Charles came to the property and spent a great deal of time back and forth, even looking at plans for future work I had for the property, to ensure we were going for the right location. Rob and his team turned up when they said they would, were professional and very neat. The site was clearer when they left than when they arrived.

The results were excellent, a drop to 20% of what they were pre-mitigation and now well below levels that would give any cause for concern. We are very happy with all aspects of the service and would recommend PropertEco without hesitation.

We discovered that we had a big radon problem quite unexpectedly. Charles responded quickly, took time to look at our needs, house and came to the most aesthetically pleasing and effective solution. Darren and Martin the sump installers were extremely helpful and did a really efficient and neat job. We are delighted by the result. Our Radon levels have gone down by 95%. We're now safely within the WHO limit.

I cannot fault this company. I ordered the radon detectors, they came quickly and were well packaged. I sent them back in due course, the results were quicker than expected and very informative. I now have peace of mind for a small sum of money- well worth it.

The staff were courteous and reliable throughout.
The installation crew was punctual and competent and the manager was able to answer all of my queries, therefore I was confident of their skills and knowledge. The installation is neat and mostly unobtrusive but my garden is small so difficult to hide it completely.

From start to finish communication was first class. Charles and the team provided us with a variety of options and explained the pro's and con's of each.

Progress was hampered by lockdown but communications were maintained and at the earliest opportunity the work was booked in.

Once started the work was completed to a high standard and within timeframes agreed.

I would recommend propertECO in the future and will be using them again.
