The shoes are definitely knock offs

The shoes are definitely knock offs. There is absolutely no arch support and they are made of cheap material. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to ship the shoes back to China and offered a 10% refund. I refused and they offered 20% refund. In the information of the website, in one place it said if you were unsatisfied with your purchase they would send a prepaid label for your return. This company is a hoax and I would advise to stay far away from them!

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company. It’s been weeks and I haven’t received my order. I’ve tried to track the package and it seems to still be in China. I’ve emailed and gotten no response so there seems to be no way to get a refund. Possible scam. So disappointing.

I ordered a size 9 and they sent a size…

I ordered a size 9 and they sent a size 6. The cost was 59E approximately $70 USD.
I asked to refund my money or send the correct size. Here is their response below:

Unless you want a horrible review I suggest you send the appropriate size or refund my $65. This is the last request before I have my attorney send you a letter. I will not pay for shipping your product back to you when you deliberately are not responding to a 100% refund to my credit card. If I do not hear from you immediately I will contact my credit card and report your business as fraud.

DO NOT BUY. I am assuming that it is either (A) a substituting knockoff versions if out of original or, (B) false advertising. The pair I received, while looking “similar” to the version on the website, is quite clearly of lower quality than what was depicted. The coloring is off, the entire tongue is a plastic(?) like material, and the stitches (throughout) are different (pattern and thickness). The shoes on the website look high-quality. The ones I received look like knockoffs. I reached out to the company to return and the gave me a book of info on how expensive and difficult it would be for me to return them (international/China) and the advised that I take an alternative option of getting a 10% refund and keeping the shoes. Total scam.

Garbage product and no refund for return

They will not honor their refund policy! when I went to return the shoes immediately upon receipt, they offered a huge run-around a 10% refund ($6 for a $60 purchase) and i keep the garbage they sold. I refused their 10%refund offer. In the next email they offered 20% refund and Still will not provide an address for me to return the shoes for a full refund. The shoes are not orthopedic as advertised. There is nothing orthopedic about the shoe.No arch support, no wide toebox. nothing. can buy better quality at target or walmart.Not kidding. Now they won't give me my $60 back. Glide shoe are Crooks. A scam.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. Horrible customer service. I placed an order November 30, 2025 and still not arrived. Over 50 emails back and forth with them. And they want me to keep waiting. I just wanty m oney back.

Glide Footwear gets -1 star rating! 😡

I would give this company less than a one star if I could. The shoes I ordered were not the shoes I received, but they insisted I pay for the return shipping to China. I am now disputing with my credit card company. These shoes are so cheaply made, and they are nowhere near the ad quality presented.

Glide Footwear - Beware: Return Policy Does Not Match What They Advertise

My experience with Glide Footwear has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The company’s own website clearly states that customers will receive a prepaid return label and a full refund once the item is returned. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told the opposite—that I would NOT be provided a prepaid return label and would be responsible for all return shipping costs. This directly contradicts the information they advertise.

When I attempted to clarify this inconsistency, the responses I received were vague, frustrating, and did not address the issue. Instead of honoring the stated return policy, the company offered me a 40% refund to keep the items or “free items” equal to my purchase amount—neither of which aligned with what I was originally promised. Their communication made the process feel intentionally difficult, as though they were discouraging customers from returning products.

It should not take multiple emails and conflicting explanations to get straightforward information about a return. The lack of transparency, misleading policy language, and overall customer service approach left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.

I am sharing this experience so others are aware of the challenges they may face when dealing with Glide Footwear. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

These shoes are cheap and hideous!

These shoes are cheap and hideous, and look nothing like the picture. I was told that to return them would mean I have to pay to ship them back to Asia! Instead I received 10% off an already overpiced pair of smelly plastic shoes. Do NOT waste your money.

I received the sneakers

I received the sneakers. These are produced in Asia and there is no way to reach except via email. The site tells customers that items can be returned to the warehouse. No address if provided and request has been sent twice to give address for return. I will dispute charge given there is no other way to get results.

Avoid this company!

First, the shoes are super cheaply made and nowhere near the price. Secondly, though they're clear that the customer must pay for shipping for returns, what wasn't made clear is that they really, really don't want you to return. In fact, I never received an address to send the shoes back to. Instead, I was kindly offered steadily increasing percentages of the price of the shoes refunded (but not the whole price). So now I have a cheap pair of plastic-tipped shoes of different widths to donate to the thrift store....

Light, sturdy and comfortable!

These shoes are light and sturdy, and my plantar fasciitis doesn't bother me when I wear them, which is amazing. They are cute. A wee bit short for being a size 10. I'm usually between a 9.5 and 10. So 10s are rarely short. I'd say these run small. The material is okay but looks a bit "cheaper" than I'd hoped for. Still, I am enjoying wearing them. They are cute!

These shoes are terrible

These shoes are terrible. The size guide says they are true to size but they run at least a size and a half small. I don’t know what material they’re made out of but they feel like cardboard and plastic. I’d like a refund, but I don’t know how to get one.
