do not order from this company

When I recieved my shoes I knew immediatly they were too small and requested a refund. They reached back out to me via email that if I sent pictures and a video they would process my refund, sent pictures and a short video only for them to offer me 10% refund and I could keep the shoes. I told them no I wanted a full refund, they emailed me back and offered 20% refund what a joke. I will never ever buy from them again. the shoes are poorly made and no arch support at all. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The order took almost 3 weeks and when they arrived they were 3 sizes too small and awful quality and not even in a box for protection. They claim to help with Planter Fasciitis and give support but they are just cheap made trainers
When I emailed the company asking for the refund they offered 10% and to keep the shoes,which I refused and so they offered me another pair but just pay £9.99 postage for the replacement. So basically they messed up the order and then want me to pay for the replacement even though I said I didn’t want a replacement.
So now I have lost £44.99.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THESE TRAINERS AND ESPECIALLY FROM THIS COMPANY.

RUBBISH!

So, the shoes look like Converse Run Star Hike Ox -- that's what the videos showed. I bought a pair and they are NOTHING like those on the video. Tried them on and pure discomfort. I'm not sure how one is meant to wear them all day, never mind 3 days in a row. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! Return policy is a joke, and you get a refund of $6 if you decide that shipping these back to China is just not worth the carbon footprint nor the price to be paid for shipping back.

Shoes were painful and not a good fit

Shoes were painful and not a good fit. I wrote to get a refund and they only offered 10%and said to keep the shoes. They don’t fit so I don’t want them, they upped the offer to 20% or ship them to Norway at my expense and after they get them back and inspect them they may refuse to refund despite 30 day guarantee. Also stating that if they get damaged in shipping that I wouldn’t get refund, even though they required me to send pics and video of perfect condition.

Scam company

Follow up was informed after the first 2 emails resulted in rude responses today informed to ship back once inspected lol a brand new shoe with videos already sent package just opened to send to Norway once inspected checked price it cost $55 more than the shoe was or approximately right out for a full refund. After my last review about this company they responded by asking me to email them photos of the item to ensure there was no damage and that the shoes were never worn. I did that then the offered me a 10% refund, and stated I should give them to someone else who could wear them. Why should I be pentelized for something that is there error. The sneakers are NOT orthopedic

The sneakers are NOT orthopedic. On the contrary, they are stiff and hurt my feet the moment I put them on. Especially the hard rubber tip. No cushion on the inside. The advertising is false and misleading. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, and as soon as I contacted them for a return, they tell me I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK TO CHINA!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

So they take our money, send us a cheap pair of shoes, and keep our money when we want to return the item with NO guarantee that they'll receive them to give the refund.

DON'T BE FOOLED!! Any reviews showing they were confortable is a lie and created just to convince people to buy them.

Lian Orthopedic Platform Sneakers are Amazing

It’s rare that an advertisement lives up to its marketing hype. But I’ve been both grateful and surprised wearing my pair of Lian Shoes. I’ve had complex osteoarthritis issues in my right foot for more than a decade. And it’s meant 10 foot surgery that put me in a cast, wheelchair, crutches and scooter. My foot scars are plentiful and impressive. I keep waiting for my Lian shoes to hurt and disappoint me. But to my great relief, I’ve had no pain… but plenty of comfort. That’s incredible! And I wear these shoes all day! The roomy toe area and thick sole are an answer to prayer. I’d rather go barefoot than deal with more foot pain My Lian shoes are amazing. Full stop. Miracles do happen!

They offered a 10% refund woooh! 😒 after a back and forth they told me to measure my foot then went to send me the same size I ordered. They prompted me to write a review to even receive a replacement.

Fast forward to right now. After the "replacement" was being sent in the same size I originally ordered i told them this is ridiculous and I just want my money back. They refuse to refund me.
I am disputing this. Be warned, do not buy from this company

The shoes run significantly smaller…

The shoes run significantly smaller than standard sizing. I intentionally ordered a larger size to allow for extra room, but they were still far too tight and uncomfortable to wear. This indicates that the sizing does not align with universal standards.

In addition, the overall quality is disappointing. The materials feel cheaply made, and the edges are rough and poorly finished, causing discomfort and even irritation on the skin.

I was also surprised by the lack of transparency regarding shipping. There was no clear indication that the product was coming from overseas, which explains the long delivery time. The packaging was equally concerning—it arrived poorly wrapped and unprofessional, to the point that it was difficult to recognize it as a proper shipment.

Overall, this purchase did not meet expectations in terms of sizing, quality, or presentation.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

The shoes arrived without even being in a proper box, which already gave a very poor first impression. The quality was far below what was advertised — the materials felt cheap, poorly made, and there was a strong glue/chemical smell right out of the package.

The website does not clearly disclose the materials, which is misleading given the difference between what is shown online and what is actually received. What you see is not what you get.

The return process was extremely difficult. Despite advertising an “easy return,” I was told I would need to pay for return shipping to China, which is very expensive and not reasonable for customers. This was not clearly disclosed upfront.

Ultimately, I was unable to return the shoes because they would not accept the return unless I paid all the associated fees, making the return process impractical.

Another major red flag: it is extremely difficult to leave a review on their website, which raises concerns about transparency and how customer feedback is managed.

I strongly recommend checking independent reviews before purchasing. I wish I had.

Not was described!

These shoes were advertised as orthopedic. There is no arch support. Flat and hard inside.

My first email to them was never returned.

When I reached out a second time, I was told I would have to return to China for a full refund but pay international shipping rates myself and it was a very lengthy process.

Or the alternative was to keep the shoes and get a whopping 10% refund off what I paid. Shoes that are too uncomfortable to wear.
