The delivery, across the continent, was seamless, pretty quick and as a matter of fact it took only four (4) days to get the stuff even though the promised period was 15 days.
What makes it immensely reliable was that there was no hidden charges like, handling, freight or customs duty etc.

The package was very well wrapped, and all my Incotex products, looked great ( as usual) I am not so happy with DHL - expecting me to sit an wait in my home for my delivery ” sometime” between 9-17. I am not retired! Have a job! No digital communication. No service from DHL. I made a 2.000 € purchase from Slowear - and was ”punished” to travel to a DHL pick up point to get my package. Even Zara or IKEA uses couriers for home deliveries that are more service minded and modern - with far less costly purchases.
