Order cancelled without explanation…
I ordered and paid for car parts through Paddock Spares and Global-e are the international shipping company they use. Three days after my order was completed Global-e cancelled my order stating that they were unable to process the order and informed me any charges would be reversed. Global-e processing an order is what your company does… the fact your company can not process an order is pathetic! In the meantime the only advice I received was to order the parts again and pay for them again having not received my refund from the first transaction. So provide Global-e two payments and no goods received!!! Really??? Eh no, I will not be using GLOBALe again.

Never a problem with global delivery..from Barcelona tp Baja California Sur, México ( San José del Cabo),,,delivery timely. Returns never a problem. I will note this last dress I just received has raw edges, frayed threads. Don’t know if this is the style!,,, but paying a little over $100 for this dress… will probably return. Very surprised. Did not note comments on website that this is “the style”.

The delivery was delayed.
I ordered 2 dresses on the May 5th. I was told the estimated delivery would be by Friday May 8th. - As it did not arrive, I was not sure, if I really placed the order and reordered one dress (Brouse dress) on the 9th.
only on May 11 I received an e-mail that the order has been shipped and my 2nd order has been cancelled. I received my order with the 2 dresses and the cardican on wednesday May 13th. I was quite confusing.
