Amazing experience
Amazing experience, thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it all. It was a present for my 40th and from start to finish it was a once in a life time 4 days. The gift bags were an extra bonus and Barcelona was nice

It was a great experience! I found the combination very accessible and engaging. What I particularly liked was the opportunity for members of your organization to step into the guide role. It not only enhances the experience for participants but also allows your team to deepen their knowledge and connection with the product.
While I’m not familiar with your internal training programs, I would strongly encourage and support this approach. There is potential for every employee to become an outstanding event guide with the right encouragement and tools. Liza did a fantastic job, and her curiosity and willingness to learn how to do it even better were especially impressive. Empowering your people with the right tools and opportunities can create exceptional ambassadors for your brand.
One area for improvement would be the installment payment system notifications. The messaging created some confusion during the payment process, and a clearer communication flow would help improve the overall customer experience.
