Excellent service from start to finish. Fitters Andy & Lee great and friendly No mess, on time just the 2 days to fit windows & door. Would highly recommend.

Best window company around. We had our door fitted a few years ago and Trevor the advisor was fantastic really helped us pick the perfect door. When the door was fitted it looked amazing top quality and lovely colour. We decided to go back to global for all the windows. We was lucky again to get Trevor, who helped us pick the perfect windows for our property. Again first class service from the 2 fitters that came . The windows look fantastic after completion and has totally transformed our property. Would higher recommend this company. Thank you very much.

From walking in off the street to placing the order to the finished project. It couldn't have been easier. Russell advised on the order specs and kept us informed up until fitting day. Alan and Lee came on the day cheerful and professionally fitted the new door. The finish and cleanliness was second to none. So much so I returned to purchase windows.
You walk in as a potential customer and leave as a friend. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Just had a second lot of windows installed by global as we were pleased with the first. The most recent installation have a kind of opaque glass fitted because they are very overlooked and we are so pleased with them. They stop anyone seeing in but allow so much light through. Before we had to have blinds up but now we need nothing.

Absolutely brilliant service. From the lovely guy who came to quote us without being pushy right down to the surveyor, fitters and admin staff. We had a sliding back door fitted March 2026 , Andy and Lee were great! Very friendly, tidy and did a brilliant job. The friendly and nice nature of the fitters goes a long way! Good quality products too. Well done Global. Not the 1st time we have used this company (full house done at old property over 12 years ago) and wont be the last.

From the moment we walked in the showroom we were welcomed and treated very well by all the team at Global.
We wanted a bespoke finish to our front door and i changed the design / finish a couple of times but everything was organised patiently and communications were easy.
Installation was carried out with ease with friendly fitters who were courteous and tidy.
We are very pleased with our new door and would not hesitate to use Global again.

We had a great experience getting a new front door with Global Windows. Paul and Trevor were very helpful when choosing our door, navigating the different options and helping us when we made changes to our choice. Measuring up and fitting was performed very professionally and a small snag was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. The door feels very solid and well made and we are very happy with it. We would highly recommend them.

I noticed that the top lock on my front door wasn't engaging with the mechanism in the frame when it was shut. I contacted Global Windows who arranged for someone to come out. I was given a slot of between 9.00 and 1.00. The worker came just after 9.00 which was great service. Problem was sorted. Great customer service. Would recommend. I've had a bedroom window and door installed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have had our windows and doors fitted by Global for a number of years now. One of our windows was closing but not locking and the patio door was letting a bit of a draft in. Called Global and Jamie came out to fix it. He was very professional and helpful, great after sales experience with this company👍

We had 10 new windows, 2 doors and French doors installed at our 4-bed detached home in Sheffield by Global Windows, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding - solid, secure, beautifully finished, and a real upgrade to the look and feel of the house. I particularly loved the composite front door, the stylish hardware, the handles, the oak duraboard windowsills, which polished everything off perfectly. All doors also came with three sets of keys. The attention to detail during installation was truly impressive, and the workmanship was efficient and flawless.

What stood out even more was the professionalism of Global Windows as a company. Every department and team member played their part perfectly. From the initial quotation and survey, through to fitting, aftercare, invoicing, issuing the guarantee/certificate - it all ran like absolute clockwork. Each team clearly has their own expertise, and the whole process was seamless, stress-free and extremely well organised.

A lovely final touch was receiving a bouquet of flowers after completion of the installation, which really showed the company’s commitment to customer care.

I would highly recommend Global Windows to anyone looking for high-quality products and a professional, well-managed installation service. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to completion. The window visualiser was brilliant as I wanted to change the style of windows and am so happy with the outcome. The showroom has large range to see for real rather than relying on brochures and the sales team were not pushy.
Although not the cheapest quote, I went with Global as the effort they put into sending me visuals, the quality of the products and the previous reviews made the difference.
