My first experience with olive young ans i have to say... it's kinda lame. Olive young does the bare minimum 😂 hype for what.. they are so mediocre. I spend so much money and they give me zero sampled and also got charged a hefty fee when it came to my country. Order from Coreelle, 1000x better, they give you samples and they reimbursed my duty fee.

Quick Delivery!
I have ordered with them a couple of times through the app and although it has quite poor usability, the quickness the items get to you is amazing! It arrived less than a week and they put a cap on the amount you can order (£134) to avoid you paying import taxes on it. Also all of the items (so far) have arrived in perfect condition and so much cheaper than if you were ordering from a UK site.
Although I have said the app is still rubbish, order through it as they offer multiple coupons you can use and if you find a discount code online you can use it too! So works out to be much cheaper than you originally thought and free uk delivery over $60 so can’t complain. Be aware that they clearly state that if there are any issues with the order getting to you no refunds are given so although I haven’t yet, keep that in mind.
Missing order, NO refunds
Missing order. Never gave refund. They send wrong cctv footage and claim it’s my order. Gives random time stamp to ‘support’ their claim. Also says ‘I know you are disappointed..’ Get ready to not get refunded even if it’s not your fault.
Odd Korean Website
This particular company has a lot of issues regarding their 'discounts' and 'cheap prices' as they advertise a lot and spam you with bait-mails. For example, they say 20% off (NO PURCHASE LIMIT) then when you check their website, it says that you can't use the code as the minimum order has to be 100$ which is crazy lol. Not to mention their insane shipping prices (35$ for Romania lol); other companies ship out for like 5-7$ to Romania.
I paid 130€ for products
I paid 130€ for products, this was my first time order which means I got lucky at first with great discounts and free products. Waited parcel a lot. Then courier somehow marked that adressee refused order which never happened, it is not true. I never received any update from post.
Next day after psot marked that adressee refused package, it was shipped back to seller and seller totally refused any refund. Just great, never ever expected something like this from such a large company. Just shocked, dissapointed and very sad.
Then after few messages Olive Young suggested that they can refund products minus shipping costs.
Few messages later and after comunicating with paypal, company agrees to make refund. I spent a lot of time searching for products, choosing, then communicating with post, Paypal and Olive Young, was stressed out about this, and possibly could stay with 0 refund because Olive Young appears not taking any responsibility after sending out products and actually I found out it is even written in their policy. Never ordering again, don’t want to test my luck next time with them.

Thought Id grab a bargain during there big sale online stocked up on a couple of things Im running low on and a couple of new things received items ok but when I tried there vt reedle shot 300 essence it definitely was not the same as what I had ordered from yesterday style could not feel the spickules and was like putting a moisturizer on then I tried there numbuzin 5+ vitamin concentrated serum the same thing
texture and serum was definitely different not at all the same texture as the one I have I was not willing to try the other products on my face I have contacted customer service this is the third time asking for a refund but finding customer service really awkward I would even be willing to wait and send the items so this would not happen to anyone else but at this point I've lost all trust such as shame cause I know I would have spent alot and been a regular customer I would say stick with yes style only shopped here once everything was great
Products rejected by custom, but no refund!
Ordered some skincare products and album, however being rejected by UK custom as Olive Young DID NOT fill in anything’s about the ingredients.
Parcel returned to their depot in South Korea, however they refused to refund! Customer service is poor, they did not reply to any of my follow ups later and there’s no other way of communication other than putting an inquiry from your account. There’s no way to complaint.
This is a money grabbing business that you shouldn’t support. I have just been paying £50 for NOTHING, what a deal.

I wanted to share my order story on global.oliveyoung.com. This was not my first order, I had ordered before and everything was fine. But after this time I was completely disappointed and will not order there anymore. I was a little bit worried about ordering from overseas but having read the reviews decided to give it a go.
Ordered last Tuesday, shipped Thursday and delivered yesterday.
I did find the website a little confusing to navigate and the prices seemed to be in US dollars changed to British pounds.
I found tracking was great until it said it was at Heathrow airport, then no more tracking until I got a message saying it would be delivered.
Would happily use the website again to take advantage of the offers they have

Was expecting something yesterday but I was at work so I told Parcelforce to leave the parcel at a neighbour. Parcelforce straight up ignored my instruction and sent it to a non-existing local post office without leaving me a collection card. There is no way I can collect the parcel. Contacted both Parcelforce and Olive Young, these two sounded exactly the same: quoting the tracking and said "it is at the post office. Go collect it yourself." Both just brushed me off.
Terrible terrible experience. Will never buy from there again. It's not the cheapest or the widest selection of K products anyway.

Shipping is fast but beware if anything is wrong with the order their customer service is a joke. They don’t own up to their mistakes and will just give a lame excuse every time I contact them because of a problem with the order. As for free gifts they promised with certain order amount, they won’t include them and just say it’s out of stock even when they’re still advertising it on their website. I realized after ordering from them multiple times that they are not reliable. Don’t spend your money here.

Made my first Olive Young purchase. Products came nicely packaged. Get this-purchased on Monday and by Friday, my box was delivered , from S Korea to USA (west coast). I’m still amazed by how fast shipping was. My purchases from within the US takes longer!
Wrong address communicated to shipping company
I entered the correct shipping address but they only added my address partly when shipping, hence the delivery company was unable to deliver the package and the package was sent back. they did not want to refund me (not for the customs paid on it and not for the products). The customer service also did not help at all.

The staff was rude and if she couldn't understand me, she should have referred me to another person. I was shouted at for asking for a product. She shouted at me with her broken English and afterwards, i saw her laughing with her colleague at another aisle. She worked at the Hongdae branch. She's very slim, with a short ponytail, thick makeup, red lipstick. Not sure if she was upset because it was night time and she had worked long hours or simply being racist. Honestly, if you cannot take the heat, gtfo of the kitchen. Watch out for her if you guys are going to visit that branch. Do not approach her if you don't want the rest of your day ruined.

Dont believe the negative reviews
I want to make a new review since I dont think that the baf reviews are justified. Many people are disepointed at the "hidden" charges. They clearly state in their policy that the diffrent tax and VAT charges that might occure from different countries. This is not Olive Youngs fault, this is the law from the countries.
I reacently made a new order and I received it in just one week! I only have positive expiriance with olive young global. And ofcourse I LOVE the products.
