James Parker was first class at sorting my connectivity issue.
He arranged a video call so he could see what I was experiencing and with a little investigative work managed to determine that the network configuration was incorrect. With some very clear instruction to move cables in the comms box, the issue was fixed.

After experiencing various issues with our IP address, printer and scanner connections, we were finding ourselves constantly passing between our printer and software companies. As soon as we got in touch with Global4 to see if there was any way they could help, our engineer, Jack, was able to address the problems straight away and solve the issues. Jack was extremely helpful throughout the process and provided excellent service.

Doug, Liam and Kian have installed new firewall, upgraded our system to a new leased line and created a whole new server room with fibre cabling, switches and data cabinets. On top of this they have also installed everything that was requried for a whole new factory extension and new offices. All of them were brilliant! Knowledgeable, professional, and polite throughout the entire process.
Working more closely with Doug he is a credit to the Team and was superb throughout!
They explained everything to us and didn't just "fix" things and walk away. Makes the whole process so much easier and hassle-free. They even worked a weekend so there was no adverse impact on our production.

Liam and Kian just finished installing our new phone system and ported all of our numbers over seamlessly. Both of them were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and polite throughout the entire process.
They explained everything to us every step of the way, making the transition completely stress-free. Before leaving the site, they made sure to check in with all of our staff to ensure everyone was completely happy with the new system and knew exactly how to operate it.
The level of customer care they provided was brilliant. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Since 8x8/Global 4 took over the legacy CallSwitch platform, our experience has been extremely disappointing. For more than a year, we have been billed for the legacy CallSwitch service because 8x8 has been unable to migrate its own inherited CallSwitch numbers onto its own 8x8 platform. Despite this being a technical limitation on their side, we have effectively been expected to pay for both the old and new systems while the migration remains unresolved. Throughout this period, communication has been inconsistent, documentation and updates have often been delayed, and billing disputes have remained unresolved despite numerous attempts to reach an amicable solution. We even offered to relinquish our long-established CallSwitch numbers and accept completely new 8x8 numbers simply to bring the matter to a close, yet the issue continues. Customers should not be expected to bear the financial consequences of a provider's inability to complete its own migration process. After more than a year of unnecessary charges, frustration, and wasted management time, we remain disappointed by the lack of accountability and the failure to deliver a fair and timely resolution.
