No service in Senegal 🇸🇳
I bought 2 eSIM none did function despite support.
Waiting refund

Horrible , took 48 hours to get the information paid for voice , never got a phone number could not ring out , never provided a GES number , customer service too slow to connect horrible experience, internet worked was very slow

At the beginning, network connection was fine, then every now and then I loose connection and had to restart mobile network. My daughter purchased an esim for middle east region and couldn't use it in Amman, Jordan. We had to purchase another one specific for Jordan.

I have bought data transfer to use on Seychelles. In fact it was good decision as the coverage is really good. It is worth to notice that there are moments of slowdown but they last just a while and transfer comes back to normal speed.

Worked very good for me in Turkey and Tunisia.

I bought eSIM for Israel, it didn’t work. Support team was sending me standard instruction via chat to fix the problem and finally said they will refund me since it’s not working on my phone. It’s been a week since my purchase but haven’t seen refund on my card yet.

Driving to northern Greece and passing through 5 different villages and towns, in addition to Athens. All of them had good service , there were very few places on trips that were not serviced

Used the eSim in Canada and it installed with no problem. I did a couple of top up the fist time it eventually sorted itself out the second time it did not work and I needed to contact the Global customer service team who swiftly resolved it.

Purchased a 30 day eSIM while in Albania and it worked decently with sufficient coverage and speeds. For some reason, websites that I visited while using this eSIM regularly assumed I was in Poland.

I very frequently visit different countries and tried different eşim companies. Globalesim is one of the best. I never experienced any trouble in any country

All documentation and external online resources stated that my phone was compatible.

And yet... none of the connection guidance works. Settings options don't match.

I do not recommend this company. This company is a scam. They charge me twice. They didn’t provide good service. They didn’t provide unlimited data as their promise when I call to complain. The lady told me that I’m barking on her. What a customer service the worst customer service I ever had. I just called to complain why I don’t get the service and she told me You called earlier and you barking on me then I saw at the charge that they charge me twice I definitely don’t recommend this company to anyone.

It was easy to install, but that's where anything good I'd have to say about it ends. I ordered an eSIM with data and voice for the USA, and while data worked, voice never did. When I tried calling a local number in the USA, it claimed I didn't have a tariff for it (or some similar error). Was advised to use their app - which of course didn't work either. So I'd avoid this company at all costs, at best they're incompetent.

I ordered this product 2 times (me and my friend) 1 month before traveling to Kosovo. However, the esim did not work for no reason. This pissed me off and frustrated, because once you enter new country you need interent access to naviagte to hotel or taxi etc.
Globalesim disappointed me so much.

It’s useless,don’t waste your money
I bought an eSIM to use it in Turkey but it not worked!
By the way I bought another eSIM from other company and it’s working well.

My first eSim experience was mixed. After much research and looking around at online offers, Global SIM seemed to have the best deal for my purposes and having followed the installation procedure with QR code I had it all set ready for arrival at destination whereupon it activated reasonably easily. I was however a little confused because the 'suggested network' (as stated by Global) was not the one my phone seemed to have "latched onto" which I queried (Global online help) but was told to 'ignore if it worked' which it & I did!
My eSIM country was Madagascar via Orange network but unfortunately the network coverage on ANY provider was poor or non-existent throughout the country apart from main population centres something that wasn't really made clear at outset. In summary I'd probably consider using Global again but I'd first do some checks on available network coverage in destination before purchase!

Absolutely useless. About the only thing going for them is they are cheap.

You top up an eSIM and you either see nothing, it appears as a new activation (no good in Turkey) or even for a different country.

You then have to spend ages on a chat to sort out. The website says 1 thing and the app something else. You have no login for the website just your activation code. This makes checking your data available difficult and confusing.

I bought another 20gb top up and yet again it is not showing on my eSIM. So yet again I have to waste time chatting to you help desk. Just not good enough!

Simply not working in promised countrirs, at all

Could not connect at all! Got so desperate that I purchased another eSIM and that too completely failed! I feel utterly disappointed as I’ve wasted time and money….twice!!
