Poor signal in Morocco
I've used globalesim before in the US and it worked well. This time I used it in Morocco and the experience was very patchy. Sometimes the phone didn't seem to recognise there was a data esim, other times the connection was so poor that it was unusable. This may be more about the local signal where I was (Essouaira) than the esim itself, but either way, it wasn't much use.

It worked very well from the 2nd esim, as the 1st one received was disconnecting every 2 minutes, I contacted the CS and they were very helpful and have sent me a new esim directly

Very responsive to inqueries
I've used GlobaleSIM multiple times in the past few years. What impresses me the most is their responsiveness to inqueries. Whenever I have a problem, I email them. They always immediately respond. It's almost like chatting with them, except they don't support through actual chat.
I always have some problems activating this eSIM. But every time it eventually works, and I can never figure out exactly what I (or they?) have done to make it work. Again, their support is very responsive and good.

eSim not works in Cuba
If you want use this eSim in Cuba, forget-it.
It never worked.
But the hotline is very kind and helpful ans the refunding process is good too.

Did not work
Did not work, so I effectively lost the money I paid. I could not find a way to make it work. I then used Breeze instead which worked fine so ended up paying out twice and wasting my money on this. I would advise to not use this company.

Downloaded esim, switched on data roaming and nothing.
Esim would not connect to any network.
Tried using chat help, they advised turning off and update.
Tried that and still nothing.
Tried chat again and no answer.
Useless, i would not waste money on this cr@p service.

Traveled to Brasil - Connection at start is a bit confusing to understand and make it work. But as soon as U understand that roaming has to be ON , it went very smooth! No problem at all. Got it to work after a few attempts! Sat it to automatically choose the mobile network, cause the default one had very bad connection.

Glad you got it working! For others experiencing this - enabling "automatic network selection" in your mobile settings usually fixes the initial connection issues.
The default network sometimes has weaker coverage, so letting your phone choose automatically works better.
Taiwan data and 10 m of calls

In the meantime, the connection process only takes a minute after each top-up, but we understand automatic connection would improve the experience.

Last top up I did in the last day (critical) didn't work although I was billed , I was stuck without internet and with out ability to navigate ....
