They don’t know their own product. Sold me an eSIM for Myanmar which I questioned since no other company eSIM works there. When I asked before I purchased I was told (likely by a bot) that if they were selling an eSIM, it would work there. Predictably, their eSIM does NOT work there and I had to rely on a physical SIM card. Will go back to Airalo, at least they are honest and don’t even offer a package for Myanmar. I recommend avoid buying here and find a company that knows what they are doing.

I ordered the sim card prior to arrival. Upon arrival, it didnt work. A support worker then sent me a new esim while still in the airport. After installing it and restarting my phone, my touchscreen didnt work anymore until I performed a hard reset. Switched back to the classic sim afterwords and had no trouble with it.
Also, price value is not remotely competitive to local prices (30usd for 15 days, limited data vs. ~10usd for 1 month unlimited data & phone with ethipio telecom).

There are coverage in Macedonia, Albania and Croatia but not in Montenegro. Why is that? Still to go are Slovenia and Bosnia.
Okay 👍 Reached Herzegovina yesterday 30 November and today 01 December 2025, have coverage for the eSIM. 🫰🏻Good. LTE mostly.

I chose the globalesim because it said it included a phone number. However, this number didn't work for calls from Europe to the US, nor from me to Europe.

Bought e-sim online. 10 GB to be used for Nigeria. After using 6.8 GB the connection was suddenly lost. Just after completing phone call on messenger. Tried to restart phone, checked settings, changed operator, nothing. Asked for support online. Given one advise in chat did not solve the issue. Then I was asked for "what device I use", sent the answer and after 40 min. waiting the guy closed the chat. That's it!! Nothing else.
Had to start over again. And then after the advice to change APN from default "plus" to "internet" it worked again.

Signing up is easy, but I do not get data in eSwatini, so still no internet. It's much easier and cheaper to buy a sim card.

I bought data and talk time. Data works; however, talk time never worked properly. Either people could not hear me or i would not receive calls people made to me.

I’m in Georgia for a tour. I’ve taken global esim in India for data. It got connected immediately after entering Georgia when first connected to hotel wifi( the esim needs a wifi to self activate, thereafter your data starts working). The service is excellent speed is good enough and connectivity is wonderful. For a frequent traveler this is the best and safest option.

I bought an eSIM for my trip to Egypt, and it turned out to be the most affordable option. I’m very happy with my choice—I had no issues during my stay, and everything worked smoothly.
The only confusing part was the installation. They sent me a QR code, but since I purchased the eSIM directly on my phone, I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to scan it. I ended up sending the code to a friend and scanned it from their phone. I’m sure there must be an easier method, though.
Overall, I’d definitely use their service again.

Quick service, good coverage and got more than the 10gb I bought. Would definitely advise for the Caribbean. Worked perfectly on St Kitts & Nevis and in Sint Maarten!

Buying process was easy, also the insulation.
Went perfectly

I have used GlobaleSIM many times over the last few years, because it is so much cheaper than my network providers roaming fee.
I have learnt not to add the sim into my phone, until I arrive in the new country. Even though it asks for an activation date, it tries to activate the sim immediately and causes problems. As most airports offer free WiFi, it is easy to add the GlobaleSIM on arrival.
If I have any problems, GlobaleSIM reply to emails immediately, helping me sort out my issues, even emailing me a new QR code to use, continuing to assist until I tell them it is working perfectly.
Being a 56 year old technophobe even I can use a GlobaleSIM, because their customer service is excellent 👍

All good. Installation easy, fast. I had a self-made issue which I could correct swiftly thanks to fine customer service by them. Usage fine, good network. Info on usage and remaining credit so-so: that could be easier. Price very OK.

Esim was not working. I had to contact the company to have the esim restarted. The app is not working. After I used the data it didn't show up in the app. I asked for a proper invoice. After I wrote to them 3 times I haven't got it. Don't recoment this esim.

Once installed, the service works perfectly. But to install the eSim and to make it works is quite hard.

Local number doesn't work.
Spent money for nothing.
Data is ok, but feed is not stable sometimes, mostly in the evening.

I bought it for Ethiopia but never able to activate it. It was just not getting the network at all. Such a waste of money

Firstly, the data runs out too quickly, even though we use the hotel Wi-Fi most of the time, and the signal in Tunisia is quite poor. I’ll be looking for a more reliable eSIM provider with the most affordable option.

It’s easy to set up and works perfectly in St. Lucia.
