Wish I could leave negative zero!
This is a horrible company. We had the unpleasant experience with Diego Agustin- first he claimed to be an employee of Allegiant. He lied to us over and over. I was on the phone over 2 hrs! I asked for our 2 for 1 booking, said we couldn’t do that with a puppy along. Asked to use our Allegient points, told us we couldn’t on this flight. Said we could use the exit row seats with our pup! I told him that would never be allowed as it’s for emergencies. The price changed after the 1st hour- said seats were being taken, that’s why. When all was done our card was charged for the flight then he said there was an additional $229 fee. I asked twice what that was for- he was mumbling at that point and I couldn’t understand him. He finally said if you don’t get that approved w/ your card company you will lose these tix, the seats and price will likely go up! What a liar! The flight is less now when I look than when it was booked.
I called Allegiant the next day to complain, they told me they are not Allegiant employees. Told us we could have used points or our 2 for 1 afterall. I disputed w/my card co. And that’s another story!!!

This company it's a fiasco. They push you to buy the tickets with them telling you it's the last spot of course if you are afraid to lose it you will do it. The people who works on customer service voices are intimidating starting from that . No human being sense. No Empathy. Than when you have a problem they don't help you out. If one person take your call they told you it has to be with the same person who sold you the ticket what tipe of company works that way ?
Than you can get the refund for the tickets if you tell them before 24 hours after you buy your tickets and guess what? They play around with you that way your time expires. Good for them I can said so many more bad things about it. But they don't even deserve that . I don't like to post bad reviews I better like to be silent. But the experience was so bad that I wish no one can go through this. And of course I loos my money . I want to be clear it wasn't their fault it was me the ones want to change but they didn't help me to canceled and change my flight. But they were so ready to take your money .If your flight doesn't have any problems this company may be good. But this time with so many cancelation is not good. To bad for me I was thinking the phone number that I call it was the airline directly but it was this . So I learned my lesson read the reviews before you book with the 3rd party company and besides that I learned the airline isn't responsible for the tickets you get with any of these companies. Please customer service it's the worst and I got to talk to like 4 or 5 different people and they when to the same school.

My group orders flights through this company, and had to cancel due to covid. We reached out for details on the refunds many times, and for a while received responses the always moved the goal-post on when we would see our refund. Now we don't even get a response. We are nine months into trying to get our refund and we cant get an answer.
NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM

We booked through Global Fares with Julie Tizenberg for our wedding in Italy for ourselves and our guests to go as a group. We never received our booking or flight tickets, numbers or any information and questioned if this was a legit company. Since having to cancel due to the pandemic we've been told for 6 months now our flight refunds are still pending with our flight company (British Airways). Our friends & family were growing impatient with the long refund wait and we had to fully refund everyone back ourselves a few months ago, with money we don't really have. I just got off the phone with British Airways, they could pull up my information and said the company has never contacted them for a refund. Once they do the process will only take a MAXIMUM Of 2 weeks for our full refunds. They advised that if the company doesn't do this than we should dispute it with our cards. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE. If you have an issue with them, dispute it with your bank, hire a lawyer or find an advocacy agency to dispute this for you! They could care less about you. (I would also point out that all of the 5-star reviews on here have no pictures and are conveniently posted within days of each other 4-5 years ago)

We are a group of 14 missionaries to Africa who paid globalfares.com nearly $15,000 for Delta tickets. Delta cancelled the flights and globalfares.com refuses to refund our purchase paid for in full 7 months ago. If they will treat Christian missioners this way how might they treat you? They show no empathy nor goodwill in their dealings. According to the California Secretary of State, Global Fares is an unregistered business in California. We strongly advise against doing business with this seller.

This company would be the most unethical in the business and I speak from previous experience. DO NOT SEEK THEIR SERVICE!!~! Initially it was 'all rose' until following full payment of fare when all communication was severed. Unfortunately I sustained a broken Limb ( from a fall) 10 days prior to departure and following surgery have endeavoured to contact either Alex or Andrew every single day be it by email and then 2 phone calls to the USA. Both phone numbers listed had message bank on. It has been impossible to get any response at all from anyone in the organisation. I am so disappointed at the way in which this business is operated. At one point I was messaged that they would get back to me with in 2-4 days and I am still waiting with an imminent Departure out of Sydney to morrow 26/9/2018.ZSo I guess it is Buyer Beware!!!

You will get to speak with a real person, who remains your contact throughout the process. In my case, Kristina helped me find an amazing fare on a transatlantic flight. When I had questions, I called and spoke with her directly.

Kristina has been a pleasure to work with at Global Fares. I saw a google ad for their low price airfare and sent an e-mail looking for a quote. Kristina came back with a quote $418 less than anything I could find on the internet and she booked us the same day. I had wanted a nonstop route on a specific airline and Kristina was able to find one that made both financial and convenience sense. Overall, this was an A+ experience and I've already shared her contact info with friends and family to begin using Global Fares as their travel agent.

I can't vouch for other representatives but Kristina was pleasant, efficient, and she got me the itinerary I wanted.

Kristina Orlova helped my family and I secure our airline tickets for our family vacation this summer.
