Expecting a gimmick, I sent a request for a flight. Kristina Orlova responded quickly with flight options at a great price. She was professional, friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly by email and phone.

I haven't traveled abroad in years... let's just say my passport expired on 1998!! Exactly!! So I decided it was time, not realizing what I as up against. After hours/days spent online searching for the best price, I was so overwhelmed that I was going to make another excuse of not traveling and putting it off again.

Then I received an email from Globalfares.com - one of the many travel websites online that I researched. They emailed me about my flight and the price was "too good to be true" type thing. I immediately did some background search, making sure it wasn't a scam. I googled them and all I read were excellent reviews! So I decided to use their service.

My main contact was Kristina Orlova - let's just say she's my savior! From beginning to end, Kristina was amazing. She's very patient and what impressed me the most, she didn't sugar-coat anything. She was to the point, honest and very professional! She took a load off by giving me everything I needed to get this trip started.

Dimitri Avrutin was essential in finding airline tickets for our group of 34 to Europe (Germany). He not only found us great prices for airlines, he assisted in arrangement of our seat assignments long after the sale had been over.

I was referred to Julie from a friend of mine who uses Global Fares on a regular basis to fly to Italy. Julie was travelling so she referred me to Kristina who was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She found the flight I was looking for and it was a good price. A little cheaper than online and she also answered my questions about travel insurance, packing, how early to be at the airport, etc. This was my daughter's first time flying so that was very helpful!
