Unprofessional, unresponsive, and no accountability

I had a terrible experience with this company. They kept negotiating the price even after the move had already started, which felt very unprofessional and stressful. After the move, they promised to handle an insurance claim for the damages they caused, but I never heard back from them again. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I never received any reimbursement for the damages. Overall, I found them unreliable and unresponsive. I would not recommend their services at all.

Good moving experience

Good moving experience. Paid extra for 2 pieces of heavier furniture, but understandable.
Good energy and the 3 guys worked well together. The furniture was carried where needed to be placed.
Will gladly recommend them!
