They went above and beyond when it came to the move and that was by far the best thing that could have happened. I was not prepared but they handled it all for me anyway. I will always recommend them to everyone.

These movers helped me move out of second story house to new apartment. The whole moving crew was very professional and hardworking. They managed my whole move in just few hours and with great care. I was so impressed after seeing the delivered items as they are in same original shape as before.

Absolutely bad service. First of all, they don't update you with any information of the pick-up. In my case, they did not tell me when the driver would contact me for the pick-up. I kept calling them asking when the driver would contact me- then they say that I'd be contacted anywhere between 11am and 3pm on the day of pick-up. The driver contacted at 10 am that he'd come for the pick up at 11 am and would charge me $150 extra for every hour that he has to wait. The pickup was done on 27 of February 2021 and the delivery start date was scheduled on 5th of March 2021. And I've not received the delivery yet until April 01, 2021 which is today. The customer care is not much of a help. They wouldn't give me any information about the delivery. They are rude at times.
Exhausted with their disappointing service. Never thought that moving my household items to another state would be so horrifying. There is nothing called customer satisfaction.

Poor customer service. Takes two weeks after order for them to deliver. Try to add additional charges. Rude customer service. This broker uses dishonest and unprofessional movers.

At first, I was really nervous about who to get. I went online and I checked the reviews quite a bit. I talked to and almost decided on another company, but then, I talked to the manager who makes all the reservations at Global Home Logistics and he made me feel really comfortable.

Manager was very helpful as far as helping us figure out what we needed to pay. They do it by cubic footage and I gave them our full inventory list, which we were able to change. That was nice because we were in the process of selling stuff we didn’t need anymore. Packing and delivery time estimate was accurate.

The customer service staff and moving team are professional and courteous. Their care in shipping & handling of furniture and boxes decreased my initial concern of getting everything into truck and hauled to destination safely & undamaged. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The driver came right away to pick it up. We were out at the time, but the driver told us that we didn't have to be home and he'd pick it up, and everything went so smoothly. The team was excellent and professionalism was shown with their work.
