Used atm at filling station in the Republic of Ireland on 17th March.The withdrawal slip says withdrawals managed by Globalpayments.
I selected option for My card provider to convert the euro withdrawal into sterling -the card used was issued by a UK bank-but of course globalpayments applied their own,very uncompetitive rate anyway .As a result I was cheated out of about 25 euros on the transaction.
Gangsters masquerading as bankers.

Would highly recommend Global Payments
Would highly recommend Global Payments. We had been using our previous provider for years, but then Elisabeth Wilson went through Global Payments proposition and the amount of time and money we have saved so far is incredible.
Also I have to commend Elisabeth Wilson and her team. Anytime we had a question, within a day we would have a response and resolution. It is nice to work with a partner who cares about their customers. 10/10

Azizi Made the Brand Come to Life
Having the personalised touch and communication from Azizi Arthur in Global Payments is what made our experience great - Global Payments like many multinational is just a brand name that means nothing in itself - but Azizi just made the company come to life and made the anonymity disappear!

Great experience over several years
Our cafe has had experience with a number of card payment suppliers over the last decade, and have found Global Payments to be excellent compared to other rivals.
They are courteous, competitive, helpful and always seem to deal with any issues without difficulty.
Our most recent experience with Azizi was exemplary.

Azizi called me regarding the renewal of our card payment agreement. We were able to secure the same low rate we already had for another year. Azizi was friendly, very helpful and professional. All signed and renewed within half an hour. We've been using Global Payments for many years and always get great service.
