Great packaging as described

Easy to order, good price! what more can I say?!

Item defective, emailed complaint but no offer to return or credit. GTS cancelled one item after it was ordered, couldn't offer a substitute but only provided a link to 300 other items that weren't what was wanted. No mechanism to refine search according to my criteria. Maybe a better source for research professionals rather than hobbyists.

Everything went as explained! No surprises, no “last minute” changes. Dealing with this company was easy, and precise. I would highly recommend them for business, & would easily use them again

They offered the best price i could find on the Mitutoyo mics. They shipped sooner than their website listed. I had questions and they answered them promptly. I have made more than one purchase from them and I will buy from them again.

The purchase and shipping part went great, but UPS failed to follow the delivery instruction, and the package got stolen, Global Test Supply was too lazy to file a claim with UPS and I had to have the credit card company reverse the charge so I could buy from a responsible company instead.

When I sent an email to the company to let them know, and have them file a claim with UPS (UPS would not allow me the recipient to file a claim, they said it had to be the sender), they only read the first sentence of the email and responded, without reading the other three sentences, after having to send additional emails to get them to read all four sentences, I got one coherent response, so I sent them an image of the door with the delivery instructions on it, a copy of the alarm log showing that the person who's signature the UPS driver had forged was not at the building at the time of the delivery, and a video clip form the cameras showing exactly what happened. However, after that I have received no response, they have only ghosted me, so I finally had the credit card company reverse the charge and purchased the product from a different company.

Great tool I work in engineering great to have working around gases that may be harmful to you.

(Update After speaking eith Shauna the manager she was apoplogized for the issues i had she was very nice and i feel this was an isolated incident. Update) If i could give them 0 stars i would i. I ordered some very expensive test tools for work and I need them in a timely fashion they said 2 to 3 weeks we'll after 3 weeks and no tools they said another 3 weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and look for them somewhere else the guy on the line was very rude and said he could not cancel the order when. I asked to speak to a manager he said she was busy when I asked for her name she said she wouldn't talk to me. And he simply refused to cancel my order or let me speak to a manager.
