Short expiration date
Easy to order, shipping prompt, customer service decent. However, one of the products received (pH standard) has an expiration date only 5 months from when I received it. Customer service contacted their supplier & was told that all their standards had that date. I could return the product, but shipping & restocking fees were on me. I kept the product, but will look elsewhere for our company's needs in the future.
