AVOID!! They are scammers! They sold me a flight and sent me a confirmation email, then when I rang the next day to query why I rang hadn't received my e-tickets they tried to say that they had sent me an email to say that the flights were no longer available. I never received such email and they proceeded to try to sell me a flight on different dates and at a higher price. The positive reviewsI read on trust pilot prior to booking through them are clearly fake!

Read all negative reviews before using this company as they are most probably the only true reviews on this platform. I had to cancel my mother's ticket due to her illness. She was not allowed to travel by her doctors. Medical certificate was provided to Globe Hunters. They offered $125 refund for a $1500 ticket. I checked airline policy and it confirmed that tickets starting with certain numbers are eligible to full refund if there is a medical certificate. After multiple emails and phonecalls they finally agreed to refund $1000. This happened 3 months ago - no money was received. Each time we contact the agency, they say that it will be processed within 8 days.

Another ticket was purchased at the same time, however no update on the changed flight details was received, which was cause of anxiety when we rocked up at the airport and could not find our flight.

Stay away from this service provider - not worth a headache.

Do not use this company! Absolutely terrible company and a scam. We booked our family flights through this company and when we were on vacation we had a death in the family and a family member went into hospice care. I tried to change my flights with them but they wanted to charge me double what the airline was charging. Since we were in an emergency situation I booked with the airline. When I tried to get a compassionate refund with proof of a death certificate and hospice letter from the treating doctor, they came up with every excuse to not refund. Do not use them. Stay far away.

Do not use this company. Complete scam. When you try to book flights it gives a booking ref & says you’ve paid but that something has gone wrong & to contact them. Contacted them & customer service was awful & no help they advised booking was not confirmed & price had gone up & to book again which we did & same issue. Avoid at all costs

disgusting scam company. reel you in with a good price, and suddenly up it goes - $20 for admin and another $20 for admin $35 for card payment another $100 or so for this and that. Ended up more expensive than many other sites. Also the flight kept showing the wrong details despite them assuring me it was correct. DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE - its not worth the grief for a couple of dollars.

at first, one of the legs of the flight i've paid for was for some reason "booked out" after the fact of transaction. I've checked their website and the airline website for availability and i could repurchase it. Nevertheless, a few calls back and forth, was asked to rebook for an alternative date. In the end, Betty Ray solved the issue and managed to confirm the initial flight i've purchased.

Do not use under any circumstances. Booked flights to the U.S. When I tried to check in with the airline and there was no record of us on the any of the flights we were supposed be on. I even contacted the airline direct and they couldn't find any record of us. Had to re-book flights to ensure we could get to the U.S. on the dates we needed. Wouldn't recommend. AVOID.
