They look like fraud. I ordered DVD set. No response to my phone calls. They are still operating after so many fraud reports on Trustpilot. I will go to credit card company today for refund. I should have checked trust pilot in advance.

This company is a scam, Advertise a box set which really is a screen recording of a DVD. Then send you a download link which takes you to a Box. Which then wants you to sign up for a minimum fee of £12 a month to watch what was meant to be a DVD box set. DO NOT TOUCH YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a TV series set expecting DVDs. A 'download' was promised but has not been received and I have no reply to my emails. If this is not total incompetence (unlikely) it is a scam.

I dont know how businesses like this are able to exist. I guess they just close down and open up in a different name every time they are investigated.
A google search took me to a page that showed a 2 disc DVD and saying in stock. All indicating I was buying an actual DVD. Two week later when it has not turned up I contact them and say where is it for them to say what you have bought is a download. Absolutely no where during my transaction did it say it was a download. And of course they dont offer refunds.

The website seems fraudulent, presents as deliberate false advertising and a scam. It depicts a 3D picture of a DVD box, asks for a delivery address, says "free delivery" and then emails a download code.

It seems to have been operating previously as Globalstore and now seems to have closed that website (loads of scam and fraud reports on this site by other reviewers about it) and is operating as Globsalstore, whatever a Globsal is!
I got my money back after being persistent. I kept quietly and politely requesting my statutory rights in law -the option to return unused goods within 14 days- outlining how their practice was misleading at best and potentially fraudulent at worst and threatening trading standards. Do this you may get your money back but better still. DO NOT USE AT ALL.

CRIMINALS avoid. Ordered a DVD (picture showed a 2disc collectors edition) and got an email saying download only. Asked for a refund and they said no. Didn’t acknowledge or honour their own t’s and c’s. AVOID, there are many other places to use than these fools.

Scam, looks like you're ordering a DVD but in fact it's a download. Now dealing with my credit card company for a refund. Disappointing this company is showing on Google shopping search. Looks like they have already closed down a previous company globalstore.uk.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS - Bought a Blu-ray as this is what the picture showed and no mention of a digital download anywhere. Chased them after a week as delivery said 2-3 days and they initially said the order will be cancelled and will refund me.

I sent the details as requested then they said they can’t cancel the order or refund and I am still arguing with them as I will not give up.

I thought it was too good to be true as it’s around half price which is why I checked so much before purchasing so was really angry that they lie and are committing crimes by mis-selling to so many people.

Google should not allow them to be shown in their search results. When I’ve checked the bank again the “company” seem to be located in Germany which would explain the poor grammar used.

I have reported the company to Trading Standards to hopefully save others the hassle and waste of time.

I was looking to buy the new James Bond dvd No Time To Die, when i came across this companies website. They were advertising the dvd which was a 2 disc collectors edition at £7.99, so i ordered it and waited for it to be delivered, but it never arrived.I then emailed the company to ask where my dvd was. They then informed me that it was a download i had purchased not a dvd. Their website is very misleading,leaving people to think they are purchasing dvdswhen that is not so.Also they refuse to refund my money. So do not trust their website.

An absolute scam. You think you are getting a DVD but it turns out it's a dodgy digital download. Report.

Reported this site to the fraud squad UK.. I suggest that everyone do the same... I've sent the link, address and phone number by email. Hopefully they can trace it and take this company down as they are scammers!

100% illegel scam company

Managed to get my refund despite them saying they have a "no refunds policy". Please keep spamming them and take it up with PayPal until you get your money back.

Scam, same issue as everyone else, it's and illegal download through a shoddy portal link they send via email. Was expecting a dvd copy as that's what it shows. Luckily I paid through PayPal so hoping to get a refund, failing that I'll back charge the PayPal parent through my bank.

I went on their site to buy a blu-ray . Even took my posting address and I received an email saying I would be informed when the item was dispatched. When nothing arrived I contacted them and was told I purchased a download and no refunds are available - nowhere did it say that I was purchasing a download. Avoid them at all costs.

Total SCAM, deliberately misleads into thinking you are getting a real dvd.... Total con.... At no time does it mention you are receiving a download, I'm sure this is illegal, didnt relise till i checked trust pilot, hopefully i will get a refund, but won't hold my breath, avoid placing any orders with these scam merchants

If you see an image of a cover of a DVD on a company's website that says '2-disc collector's edition' and the specifications say 'region 2' and they request a shipping address you would expect a physical DVD to land in your letter box, right? WRONG! This company misleads you into thinking you are purchasing DVDs or Blu-Rays when in fact all you get is a download link. Expecting a DVD of No Time To Die, it didn't register with me that there even was a download link because nowhere on the product specification did it say anything about a download so I waited about four weeks and then started investigating why it hadn't arrived. It turns out that there is a download link in the confirmation email you get after you have paid but if you are not expecting a download link it is easy to overlook this. Trustpilot informed me of this company's procedures so I actioned a refund request through Paypal and got it almost immediately so not all bad in my case. If you do go ahead with a purchase from this company make sure you pay with a credit card so that you can get a refund when you realise you have been duped. Even the name of this company is dubious because some may subconsciously read it as Globalstore rather than Globsalstore.
