They send you a link to a film and No Time To Die was such a bad quality (unwatchable) fake copy.

Wish I’d of looked into before using. Like all the other reviews they sell the items like they are dvds. I queried when my order would be dispatched and got an email saying it’s a download. I’ve asked for a refund but not holding out much hope! False advertising of goods!

I bought a set of films expecting it to be a box set and not a digital link.
I immediately realised the error and requested a refund.
They are ignoring all communication.

I bought what was advertised as a 4 film collection. Nothing came, I emailed - no reply, emailed again - no reply again. No surprise there. Thought I’d look at the reviews on here… other people have had the same, expecting a boxset and then find out it’s a download?! Nowhere was it advertised as a download. The picture quite clearly is a boxset that they put as ‘in stock’, the manufacturers reference and the UK region 2 for DVDs. If this is supposed to only be a download, how come you have to fill in your shipping address..? 🤔 quite clearly they know people are expecting a DVD boxset. Complete con. Don’t waste your money. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

Only gave 1 Star as I can’t give a 0. Thought we were buying Dvd box set, we got no communication regarding order confirmation, etc. Had to send various emails until they finally replied saying it was a ‘download’ and had been sent (which it hadn’t). Do NOT use this site, as so far it looks like a scam.🤬

Very misleading.
Thought I was buying a Blu Ray boxset, but all this company does is provide a download link
They advertise the product, showing the boxset describe the region and the manufacture code of the boxset.
Customer service doesn’t respond to refund request
I suspect the download link is an illegal pirate link
