I bought an internet plan for $36 for 30 days after 8 months of use, they told me my plan ended, the worst part is that I canceled my plan with another internet company I had, thinking this would be a good thing 😡😡😡😡

I purchased a data plan for my brother in law for Europe. When they arrived the device said "insufficient funds". I got on the support chat and the could not help me but rather referred me to send an email. I asked how long would it take to respond and the chat said 12 hours. The phone number for customer service just says call back later. I purchased another plan. I am expecting a refund for one of the plans.

The device is a bit pricey but it’s really worth the price and it very useful in remote working by not having to worry to switch for e sims or other roaming data services around. This made our St Lawerence river island camping trip near the Canadian border much easier. The only downside was when I ran out of data I had to find another signal to purchase more. I was surprised I couldn’t use the app to buy more data.

I have a data device that they call the u3 it has no screen so I have to do everything from my phone long story short I open two accounts with different passwords tried to log on to the internet with both passwords from my u3 data device every time I try to log on it says wrong password so I'm stuck with of their data packs worth probably 50 and I can't log on because all I get is a chat box the company is not based in North America that's for sure I would delete everything and buy a new data box with a different company but I'm bounding determined to use the data that I've already bought from G local me but after my dad runs out I am running as far away from this company as humanly possible

I have been testing my GlocalMe UPP hotspot for a couple of months using state side plans. I plan on using it while I am in Europe in October. It has performed well.

Switched from a 2G hotspot that kept dropping out and randomly dying (even fully charged 🙄). Found a new system—cost a bit more, but I got a refund on the old one and Amazon came through fast 💸. Bonus: 15% off the new one! Hoping this one actually holds up 🤞 Will keep y’all posted.

I’ve been chatting with Lucas who has bent over backwards to help with data issues. I lost my wallet and phone meaning I couldn’t receive verification codes to purchase more data for our G4 Pro! Lucas has been outstanding in terms of assistance and understanding my issues. I’m extremely grateful he’s been able to help me!

I recently purchased a product from Glocalme, and had contacted Glocalme uCloudlink Support for my problem and was helped very quickly and well by Lorraine, thank you very much. They have good quality products for a good price and a very good service support for the customers. Definitely recommended for those looking for a wireless hotspot solution. But the dataplan packages are notable more expensive than if you buy a SIM card locally at holiday destinations. The product would be more perfect if the dataplan packages are less expensive. So that's why only 4stars

the system does work, ill give it that, but it is shocking expensive, which i find weird that most of the other reviews dont mention, all the reviews are about customer service, strange.
but $13.99 a day is very expensive in europe, some countries i can buy 100 gig or unlimeted for this price a month. also the package UNLIMITED but you only get 5Gig at 5G speeds and then it drops to 3g which is painfully slow most of the time for unlimited data i think is misleading
