Horrible customer service from the custom shop! They have been working on a project for over 21 weeks now (5 MONTHS!!!) and when I ask when it will be done I never get a straight answer...everytime I inquire about my order all they say is "it will be done in 2 more weeks"...I am soo sick of hearing "2 more weeks"..who knows when I am going to get my project completed by them could be several more weeks or even months!! They make you pay the total upfront (instead of a deposit) and then don't care about how long they keep your property and have no desire to get project done in a timely manner. There is no disclaimer on their website to give you advance notice it will take literally MONTHS for them to do the job. If you try to leave a negative comment on thier website regarding the product review, they scrub it and don't post it to hide the fact they have not only poor customer service but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am beyond frustrated with them! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN, but hey if you like being lied to and constantly jerked around, by all means be my guest and order some custom work from them...don't say you were not worned! have fun!
Ordered $149 for a RBU never received after shipping.
I Ordered $149 for a RBU dovetail mount with night sights. Got email after I ordered that, and I got a FedEx Saver tracking # and then never received order. The tracking # says delivered. Never got anything so opened up a claim with Glockstore. FedEx denies claim stating order shows delivered per their GEO tracking. Reached out to Glockstore.com for help. They claim they can not help at all and are not held liable. So, for anything you need to order from them, make certain you get your order sent signature required or you will get screwed if someone takes your order.
Thanks Glockstore, I have only lost $149 but you most certainly have lost my business and the business from anyone else who I can tell my experience to.
I did contact Glock USA and was told they are not in anyway associated with Glockstore. Let that sink in. No excuse!!!
Custom titanium nitride slide work
I sent my Glock slide to glockstore.com on 4/6/2021 and they signed for it on , 4/12/2021... Upon writing this review it is now 8/23/2021 and I STILL have not received my slide back. On their website is clearly stated 4 to 6 weeks.... I waited that time then I had to contact them to see what was going on... All I was told was 8 to 12 weeks... Then I waited again and I had to contact them.... All I was told was , 14 to 16 weeks.... And again I had to contact them now it's a couple more weeks!!!!!! The first problem with this is THEY should of been contacting me! Not the other way around.... You pay up front for custom work so I can't even cancel the order now.... They said and I quote " We are waiting on enough orders to come in as we ship the items off to be polished then to another place to have them " coated" with titanium nitride. I am no lawyer but isn't this false advertising and extremely poor customer service? I will never send another part to be customized thanks to this experience . I realized things are slow due to covid BUT there is no excuse for the lack of communication on their part .

Glock Store Concerns
I have to say I was very concerned with all the negative reviews about the Glock Store. I just got off the phone with Ceasar, a very diligent customer service rep who took care of my issue right away.
I did spend quite a bit of time on hold and, hence, the 4 stars.

Ordered a Titanium safety plunger for my G20. After installing I would have about 4 to 5 light strikes on the primer and the round would not discharge. I wrote a bad review on the Glockstore page and they seemed to block it. Tried twice but neither one was published.

Why all the bad reviews?
All these bad reviews are crazy. Personally my experience was not like any of these others I’ve been reading about & I was worried after reading all these negative reviews after the fact of placing my order. Anyway, I placed a order on 6/19/21 and today is 6/22/21 and I just got my fed ex tracking # for the order and it will be here on 6/24/21. My order status on the GlockStore website was always up to date. I even called the company and they answered after about 18 minutes of being on hold (due to the high volume of business they get) and I spoke with a very polite associate who answered my questions 100%. I personally will purchase from them again it hasn’t even been a week since I placed my order & it’s on its way. However my order was only 1 item for $30 so maybe that has something to do with how quickly my order has moved along. Still, have some patience and your orders will be fulfilled, I’m sure they're trying the best they can!

Took my $325 and never rendered the product
I placed an order for a slide cut and paid $325. I confirmed the Glock store receivers my slide. After 2 months of no communication or product , I finally got an response that average time of slide cut is 16 weeks! Now at 16 weeks, I still don’t have my product and can’t a get a response. This company is a sham and should be closed down.
Lie about available items on their website
What they display for sale on their website is never updated, most is out of stock, and considering the reviews it has been for a while. Just don't order to them, they lie about the items available.

GLOCKSTORE - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Placed an order on 03/12/21. Paid $9.99 for a part, plus an additional $10 for shipping.
The web site did not state the items were out of stock. It was only after placing the order that I received an email stating the items were out of stock. Frustrating, but I understand so I was willing to be patient. However, it's been over two months and Glock Store has not responded to any communication from me during that time. As others have pointed out, THE LIVE CHAT FEATURE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK; I don't know why it's there other than to make it look like they're service-focused. However, they have a serious issue with customer service that has persisted so long, the perception is it's intentional.
I don't believe I've been billed since my order has not shipped, but I've been trying to cancel the order for some time and have not been able to communicate with a single person at this business. You can’t get in touch with the company by email or the chat link on the website. If you call by phone, you can listen to the pre-recorded message about Lenny McGill being on the floor creating new products. You will be on the line for up to 40 minutes before the service will automatically disconnect you and tell you to call back another time. So, the customer is just a fool for waiting while the Glock Store plays with their finances. WHY? Its not Covid Based. Many companies are telling this same lie while charging consistent rates on postage and handling and blaming Covid. And this is America…..

So glad I saw these reviews before I tried a THIRD TIME! Placed order, then. AFTER being charged received email incorrect billing info & they need me to send copy of ID & CREDIT CARD. I called twice when hours supposed to be open but never got support, so they canceled my order. Then time passes and I resubmit order (partly b/c some items are a gift I'm looking forward to giving my sister) and they AGAIN charge my card again, then send email hat some items not in stock. Day or so later, they send email they are going to cancel my entire order with NO explanation as to why. Now I research company (beyond youtube self help videos) and see how unreliable they are... won't waste my time waiting on hold again or placing order 3rd time....

The Worst Customer Service
I originally ordered 3 Double Diamonds +6/5 extended mags in blue. I decided to change the color scheme of my gun and reached out to the Glock Store to let them know I wanted to change the color to black. The representative said, no problem, but they needed my permission to cancel the existing order. I told them no problem because I really wanted them in black. The representative never canceled my order and I received the blue mag extensions that I didn’t want. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending them back and waiting once again. After all that I’ve decided to keep the blue one, but I will never shop at the Glock Store again because they have terrible customer service.
