Not in stock for your Glock

I recently purchased the OEM Glock +2 magazine extension with insert from the Glock Store. it showed them to be in stock on the website so I purchased enough for each magazine I had for my Glock 26. Two days later I get an email from them saying that they are sorry that after updating their inventory they do not have them in stock. And that they would put a hold on my Payment and would
charge me accordingly to what is in stock as it comes in. And if it should take as long as 30 days or more they would get back in touch with me and let me know. So why charge me for something you don’t even have? To me that’s very similar to stealing in a very polite way. If there is such a thing. I asked for a full refund and they did oblige without issue. it was my first experience with them but it certainly left an impression on the chances of me doing future business with them

Do NOT order from this company

Do NOT order anything from this company. They do not update their website with availability. So you waist your time placing an order, expecting it to be in stock and shipped. After they charge your credit card for almost the full amount, they notify you the items are not available. And it says after 30 days, they would have to re-charge your credit card. Problem is, they've already charged you almost the full amount. Happened to me on the last 2 orders. So now you have to try and contact them to get your money back. Forget about calling their 800 number. It will leave you on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnect. There's a recorded message with the Covid excuse, which basically means in 11 months of Covid, they haven't figured out how to answer their phones or update their website with availability. It's insane that they think it's OK to mislead us and hold onto our money, while they fail to get theitems in stock. Then they expect us to put in more effort and time to get our money back.

Stick with the Glock Store!!!

Glockstore has been taking a lot of hits lately but much to do with stuff connected to COVID and public health edicts. I've had trouble with the web site from time to time to place online orders. In spite of many difficulties, their customer service folks more than make up for the glitches and "Brian" was a perfect example of "customer service". Not the first time I have worked with Brian. He is my go to sales person for everything I need. Once again, I had problems ordering online but was able to reach out to customer sales. Within 24 hours Brian got right back to me and quickly solved the problem and got what I needed. You just have to push past the other crap the Glockstore cannot control. I have been a loyal customer of Lenny's store and will continue doing business with Glock Store because of folks like Brian. His people make all the difference and I'm thankful for their help. Glad to see Lenny is heading to TN and bugging out of CA...their HUGE loss. Just like MAGPUL jumping to WY out of CO. That's what happens when you turn blue. Good luck folks!

Take Your Business Elsewhere!

I really wish I could give them zero stars. I placed an order over a month ago, and have been patient and understanding of the limitations brought on by Covid. They charged my card for the parts I ordered the next day, but haven't given me any updates. I've contacted them multiple times with no response. They don't update their inventory online. If something is 'In Stock' on their website, don't actually plan on it being in stock. They don't even accept cancellations via email or chat, and their phones are always "busy." What a scam.

Glockstore can no longer be trusted

Ordered a complete upper slide in August 2020. It’s January 2021. I’ve emailed and called them countless times. Zero response or cares but they happily have held on to my $600. I had a lot of great orders before COVID. Glockstore is no longer trustable sadly.

Order at your own risk.. but I wouldn’t

Why sell things that are out of stock with no foreseeable restock in the future. It’s been over 2 months since I’ve ordered a Glock OEM trigger, a mag resealed spring and mag release. I’ve contacted you several times and all I get it “we’ll send it as soon as it’s restocked”.. Also, there’s no way in knowing what is and what isn’t in stock so you’re playing roulette when you place an order with this company. You might get your order in 2 week, 2 months or never.. Good luck to everyone that orders something from Lenny..

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered three different parts A guide rod, spring and a compensator. All showed on the website they were in stock. As soon as they got my money they sent me an email saying it was out of stock and did not know when it would be back in. Also very very slow to respond to any emails I sent them. I could not get anybody on the phone after 20 minutes to hang up on you. This is the only way they will except a cancellation is by phone email does not count. Trust me go somewhere else save yourself the headache. Had to call credit card company to stop payment. Spend your money somewhere else.

A fraud

A fraud. I placed an order and then was immediately a victim of fraud. My credit card info was used and I was forced to cancel and dispute charges. Two days later glockstore emailed me asking for pictures of my drivers license as well as my card which I cancelled. Do not trust them with your business. Beware

I ordered gun parts from here right…

I ordered gun parts from here right before covid. Not only did they send me used parts, but they didnt even fit my gun (i suspect someone returned their used parts and this store didnt inspect the return close enough. so i wound up with these parts) But I called every day for a week and waited an hour on hold to speak to a live person. i was never able to return the parts. I would only buy from these guys if i was in person.. MAYBE..

Be aware they’re not a company but organization...

I placed an order for a shotgun they had in stock. I went to checkout and received a few options, one being Cash App. I thought that was an option to allow using some cash app of my choice, not the actual app. After placing my order I received an email stating to pay using Cash App and take a screenshot to confirm payment was sent. I couldn’t go back and change to PayPal or credit card, and I sent an email asking someone there to allow me to change another form of payment. Someone there sent me a text to use zelle. I didn’t want to use a weird, unknown, pretty much unprotected app for payment, So I asked them to cancel my order so I could use another form of payment. Then I got online and looked at these reviews... NOPE! They aren’t getting my money! Even if I used PayPal or my credit card, it appears they’re going to either take too long to ship or their customer service will suck after the sale. And getting emails or texts on a Sunday from someone saying “just use zelle” when I don’t want to pay that way, raises red flags to me. I work hard for my money but a .org BUSINESS should work even harder for their customers! You can keep what I ordered. You won’t get my money and I hope others heed the warnings too.

I was going to order a glock from this website but after reading reviews here I’ve decided to look elsewhere. Thanks for the reviews. It’s nice to be able to find what kind of company your dealing with before spending your hard earned money only to get bad service.

Poor service, many excuses.

It appears that we have another merchant that uses Covid as an excuse for providing poor customer service.

I completely understand the CDC guidelines concerning social distancing in the workplace. But that does not excuse providing or not providing great customer service to it's customers.

After a bit of research it seems a though they've had issues prior to Covid affecting the workplace.

One of the things Jeff Bezos said to his staff some time ago was it they didn't take care of the customer their business would cease to exist. By no means do I wish failure on this business. That would be horrible. But when a company doesn't value it's customer base, serious challenges most definitely arise as a result.

I've received better overall service from eBay vendors with NO EXCUSES. Clearly it's time to switch vendors where my $'s hold much more value.

**Update** Then to make it worse my buddy ordered the same item via their website and on eBay. They shipped his eBay order within a day but took 3 1/2 weeks to ship the order from their own website. Clearly they need a new operations manager to put in place new protocols that better help serve their customers.

Stay away

Stay away. Ordered parts for my G40. Was notified just going onto the site that they are running behind, no rush. Parts finally ship. Everything installed as expected except big mouth mag well. Gun would not let factory magazines lock in. Decided best to return. Called for an RMA numerous times. Would ring for so long it kicked me off. Thought I would give it some time and try again. Still no luck. Forgot about until I got one of their emails. Replied to the email about a RMA number. Since I'm now outside my 30 day window, item cant be returned. $80 part that wont even fit the gun as designed that they wont stand behind.

Garbage Garbage Garbage. Waited 3 months to get “metallic” red Glock 21 pins and extended controls they did not match the red parts I got from them in the same order two months earlier. Terribly Painted bulshit.

NOTHING BUT AGONY WITH GLOCK STORE!!! FIRST I ORDER CUSTOM RED PINS, AND PARTS KIT. A WEEK LATER AFTER EMAILING THEM, I CALL AND HOLD FOR 40MIN. SO THEY TELL ME THEY NEED TO CERKOTE THE PINS, AND IT WILL BE 14 DAYS TILL THEYRE READY. I CALL BAXK IN 2 WEEKS, AND THEY DON'T HAVE ALL THE PARTS, THEY OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND, NOT FULL AMOUNTVOF THE PART. WHATEVER. THEY WND UP RIPPING ME OFF FOR A MAG RELEASE. NOW FLASHFORWARD TO SEP. 9th And I'm DESPERATE FOR A TRIGGER HOUSING, ORDERED IT WITHPUT REMEMBERING THE HASSLE. I EVEN PAID 10 FOR 3 DAY SHIPPING. NOW I DONT KNOW WHEN TO EVEN EXPECT IT!!! 🤷‍♂️ BAD COMPANY, RECOMEND ROCK YOUR GLOCK, AND KILLER INNOVATIONS.
