Glokore company has terrible quality assurance, received my mask, but without the strap, power cord or manual. It took over a week to get ahold of customer service. They sent me a strap and a power cord, but no manual. Still trying to obtain the user manual, email contact support was unresponsive, chat on the web site does not work either.

First of all I'm not happy that they charged me charge for some type of VIP program that I did not request. I sent an email and they gave me a case number but I have not heard anything. Per previous reviews calling them about the issue is worthless. My order number is 116877. Automatically charging me for the VIP program is unethical. You also gave me tracking number for your a package but when you pull it up through the United States Postal Service it is unavailable. Yes I have given it plenty time to population through the system. I regret ordering through this company.

I wanted to order the Therapy Wrap which was highly rated. However, the website is deceptive. Once you enter your payment info, a number of pop-ups occur. When i tried to cancel the pop-ups, certain items were added and charged on my order; Lifetime VIP special and Discounted Wraps. I immediately contacted the company and received a response that they would respond within 48 hours. Within this time, my order was shipped and I was told there is nothing they could do at this point. I stated I would contact my Credit Card to dispute the charges and then was told they could offer me a deeper discount. I reluctantly agreed to the offer only to find out my order had been delayed by USPS. I was told to contact USPS about the delay and was told by USPS that the shipment was delayed due to non-payment of shipping charges. This is on Glokore, not the customer and should have been handled by them. I am still awaiting a reply and if not contacted, I will file a fraudulent charge claim to my credit card company. This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least.

Wow. Highly impressed with the customer service. I placed an incorrect order for a black Friday sale and emailed them right away. I wasn't able to reach them via phone or chat, so I was nervous that the order would go out before fixing the details. To my surprise, they responded to my original email within the 48-hour business day window addressing my issues. Five stars and two thumbs up for Glokore's customer service!

I was then taken to another page for a VIP Lifelong Membership for $19, and another 4 minute offer expiration timer. What's the big rush? I found a small decline offer button at the bottom of the page but instantly got an email confirming the additional purchase. I immediately emailed the company and got an instant response that they were busy and it could take a day or two before they could answer me. Hopefully all will go well.

When I ordered a product, somehow a mystery box was added to my order for $19.99 and I immediately contacted Customer Service to nullify the order and only received an automatic reply and the next day I received a message that the mystery box had been shipped.

I just ordered one face mask. The problem is that when the final total was put up the order had already been submitted and a mystery pack and a VIP membership were added without my consent and I never even saw anything about the VIP membership. So right from the start I am being over charged. That worries me. Update: they returned the price I was charged for the stuff I did not order. Now I wait to see how product works and will update again. I won’t be telling you about the product. When I didn’t get it I went on chat at was told they canceled the order and black listed me because I had notified my bank about the unauthorized charge. Her chat was rude. There you have it so I ordered one someplace else with no problems.

I ordered on 11/1/2025, 2 masks and the website added a mystery box without my consent. The package was sent to a distribution center near me arriving on 11/6/2025 but was not delivered. I called and was told they would ‘re- deliver’.
Then tracking showed returned to sender 11/18/2025 — they never tried to deliver the package.today is 11/19/2025

I bought 2 masks. The mask worked for about a week and now it won't keep a charge. It stays on for about 10 min and then shuts off after having it on the charger for 24 hrs. A little disappointed cause I got this as a christmas gift for my mom as well and don't want to give it to her if it's gonna do the same thing

I can not recommend Glokore nor will I be placing ordering placing any future orders. We ordered 2 masks. One arrived damaged and was defective. The 'support' requirements to prove the item is defective are ludicrous and demeaning.

What a scam! I bought two, one for myself and one for my daughter. We couldn’t use them because they won’t stay on the light you choose. They colors bounce continuously so you get no benefit. I can’t believe both have the same problem…hmmm. I called to let them know I would be sending them back. Alisha said to send a video showing the problem. I made the video but I have tried to attach it to their email and always get error messages. Obviously they have blocked pics and videos. I want to attach the video but can’t find a way to do it. We tried several times and mine worked once. The other never worked. It took me awhile to purchase these. What a sad thing for the consumer.

I ordered a mask in August, and never received it. I tried reaching out via email and Glokore's Customer Service #, which belongs to an entirely different company. I have had zero response from Glokore in any way, and am still out $119.95. Will be contacting an attorney and reporting this fake company to the BBB.
Save your money and ignore the 5-star reviews. They are inaccurate. If anyone has found a way to actually contact Glokore, please share that information. The review I left on Glokore's website has been removed.

My husband bought me this led light mask, as well some of the glokore products. The first mask took about 2 weeks to arrive. Plugged it in right away to fully charge. Within approx 14 minutes it shut off. I was able to start it again but about 9 minutes later it shut off a second time. Next time I tried to use it, same thing. After the 3rd time I reached out to let them know the mask was defective. After multiple emails, a new unit was sent. It arrived yesterday. I charged it up and used it tonight. Exact same thing. First run approximately 14 minutes, then restarted and only ran about 9 more minutes. Way too expensive for being junk. Extremely disappointed.

Having trouble getting a refund for red light therapy machine. Followed return instructions. After several email interactions I was told yesterday that due to an internal issue they were unable to process my refund back to my card. But not to worry they would send an email check for the refund. Never heard of such a thing, Still waiting for the refund.

I had a great experience with customer service!!! I ordered 2 masks and ended up receiving a red light belt instead. I reached out and they got back to me within minutes, checked on the order, and apologized for the mix up. They told me to keep the belt for the inconvenience and they will be sending my order asap! I received them both, and have used the mask a few times now. It is a little big for my small face, so I’m going to mess with it to try and get it to fit. If not, I’ll just lay down for the recommended time and relax with it on. I am not sure if it’s been used enough for me to tell much of a difference, but after each use my skin does feel smooth and looks brighter! The belt also helps with my lower back pain, almost instantly. I’m nearing 40 and have 3 kids and recently lost 70 lbs, so my back has been through a bit. I’m enjoying their products, am VERY pleased with the companies customer service, and will not hesitate to try more products on their website in the future!
