I ordered a red light mask for my face. Unfortunately, the mask was too big for my face and little head so I requested a refund. The customer service (in particular, Erika) was top shelf. The communication was thoughtful and helpful, which made the process easy. Great customer support.

I received the mask weeks after i ordered and it did not work. I emailed, I was told to use a different cord to charge still didn't work. Ten emails and five videos and pictures. They take days to respond ask for more videos. I have ask for a refund. And still another video request. This company sells defective products and has the poorest customer service ever! Don't buy their products. There are better products out there

I have not received any product yet but I do have to say that I talked to Rick who was a customer support agent and this man has his stuff together he had every detail absolutely correct. I also did a reorder and he did not get one thing mixed up or messed up I had one price that was a mess up but it was already refunded back to my account and I just want everybody to know that if you have any problems at all ask to talk to Rick he really does do a excellent job
I will be coming back and let you know what I think about the product if the product is as good as the support staff we should have no problems at all thank you

Your company policy is unethical. If I didn’t like the product I could return no questions asked for a full refund. But because I received the package and it doesn’t work, I’m forced to make a video. It’s deplorable. I will post this on your comment page. Disgusting. Never do business with Glokore.

My order number is 57314 i received my LED mask and it stopped working the second time i used it. I have tried contacting the company via email, live chat, and phone, but never got an answer. Do not waste your money on their product. Total scam!!!

I ordered twice by mistake. Charged full price including shipping for each one separately. Obviously a mistake as if you buy two in an order you get a discounted price. They packaged the two separate orders as one and I would have to refuse the package of both to not have to pay shipping on the return of one. If it had been packaged as charged I could have accepted one and refused the other. I wanted the one so I now have to pay to ship the other one back for a refund. While they pocket the second charge of shipping even though they shipped both in one shipment. I cannot recommend doing business with this company. I find it shameful and fraudulent.

My husband bought me a mask at the end of April. In July, not even 4 months after purchase, and not even 4 uses, the mask won’t charge or turn on. After reaching out to the company, they claim it was purchased “way back” (less than 4 months.) They will not replace the mask or refund us. This place is a scam. Spend the extra money on a real and reputable company. Don’t waste your money on this scam company with terrible customer service and a terrible product and that stopped working after 3 uses.

I received the mask and it was charged already, great! After it died I tried to charge it and the charger wouldn't go in all the way so it wouldn't charge. After emails back and forth I tried calling the number on website, it's for another company, not glokore. I have had enough trying to deal with them so I have filed a complaint with the BBB

During my purchase I put in my credit card number and proceeded to complete the sale but the glokore website would not let me complete it without trying to force me to buy another product so I hit the back button. The company has charged me for something I did not get and I have gotten the run around with customer service. Horrible, horrible customer service. I have used the mask for two weeks and I do not see any improvements.

I ordered an LED mask for my sister, which she loves. When I was checking out, though, a link appeared for a VIP membership. I did not want the membership, but it was added to my cart. I reached out to the customer service folks at the easily accessible email address, and my concern was addressed immediately. What great, efficient, and cordial service! I’m so impressed with the professionalism of this company!
