I’m always grateful for quick and meaningful customer service and that’s exactly what I experienced. In this new landscape of Instagram and Tik Tok shop scams, it’s so reassuring to experience companies who are the real deal and handle things with excellence. Honestly, this is the only reason I’m writing this review. In the event someone is on the fence about purchasing from GloMelanin, I hope they’ll see this review and be reassured that they’re in good hands.

I had ordered the 2 month supply of glo brightening cream and noticed that one of them was missing. Upon further inspection, I realized that someone had tampered with my package and stole one of my items. I reached out to customer service to address the problem of providing better package protection (using tape or boxes). They responded back immediately during business hours. Rio, who handled my concern, assured me that they took these concerns seriously. They said that they would bring it up to their team so they can better handle things like this in the future. I did not get package protection this time (out of all times that I usually get it) and informed them that I understood I would not be able to get a replacement. Rio ever so graciously sent me a replacement anyway and for that I am very grateful. 😊

I've been using the facial and body cream about a month. So far, no negative reactions but I am noticing a glo on my face. I love the turmeric soap & sponge.

My first experience with Glo Melanin hit a small bump — my Magic Eraser Dark Spot Cream arrived with a broken cap — but honestly, the way they handled it left a really great impression. Rio reached out promptly, addressed the issue with care, and got a reshipment on the way fast. It was smooth, stress-free, and that kind of customer service is hard to come by. Now I'm just counting down the days until my order arrives so I can try everything out. If their customer care is any indication of the quality of their products, I already know I'm going to love them. This brand clearly cares about their customers, and that goes a long way!

We live in a very fast paced world where the art of customer service has become a lost art so it’s amazing to find a small company that still managed to provide real customer support and true to their return policy.

Although the products I elected to purchase did not work for me I find it worth mentioning the company return policy was effortless.

I started using the products a day after I received them and unfortunately, the products gave me an allergic reaction( my forehead & sides of my face)for the duration of the 2 days I used them. The scrub, I feel is too much to use on a daily basis. I was forced to stop using the products. I contacted customer support for help and informed them of how my skin had an allergic reaction after susing it for 2 days. Elyka assisted me with my refund. The process was smooth and helpful. Now, I shall work on getting this allergic reaction to calm down. I would say not to buy the bundle until you've tried out each product separately to test to see if you'll have an allergic reaction like I did. 👍🏾

Really fast shipping because I got my order 2 days early. On top of that, it works so well. I've been using it for almost 2 weeks and this my go to lip balm

I absolutely love my new skincare routine. I already have others using it as well because of how flawless my skin looks. I get so many compliments on my skin. My favorite is the rose glow oil. I don’t play about that.

Technology was NOT on my side when submitting my most recent transaction and I accidentally submitted the order without applying my Glo+ credits. I emailed them to see if it was possible to change the payment method and Elyka made it happen in a very prompt manner! The customer service Elyka provided and customer-centered approach Glo Melanin has - in addition to the products, is exactly I continue to support this company.

I love the product so far but one of my items leaked although it was securely wrapped and I didn’t get the lip balm with the bundle. I reached out a couple of times in an email but no response back about either item.

Rio C helped me alot, they helped me get another bottle of face foam that ended up damaged through transport.
