Started using the bar soap a few days ago and already my stubborn hyperpigmentation spot has almost faded. This bar soap is a game changer and the best product I have ever tried. I will definitely buy more of these bar soaps. Two thumbs up👍👍

I placed an order and autofill put in wrong address - I immediately emailed the support team… I was assisted by Rio - thankfully I was able to update the shipping address. It was so quick and easy. I do want to emphasize that I emailed them as soon as I noticed which was in a matter of seconds. I’ve been a regular customer at Glo Melanin for a while now, but my most recent order had a mix-up—I received more of one item and less of another. Even though the package arrived in perfect condition, the contents weren't right. I reached out with my evidence, and the response was incredible. Rio contacted me the very next morning with a perfect resolution. He shipped out the missing items immediately at no extra cost with free shipping, and even told me to keep the extra items from the first box as a gift. It’s rare to see a company take accountability so fast. They’ve definitely earned my continued loyalty!

I purchased lip trio on facebook and unbeknownst to me I was charged an additional 95 cent charge and did not know what for. I emailed CS and was responded to promptly and advised of additional charges for and auto membership, which would later be 14.99 per month, I did not know this to be true at checkout, moral of the story read and make sure your glasses are on for the fine print. I happily declined and was advised it will be cancelled. Probably doesn’t include a refund but hopefully it will not charge my credit card thereafter.

Glo Melanin is very good company I love my soap and the soap make my skins feel clean and soft and wade away dark spots

I purchased the tumeric bar soap for my daughter and I. We have been using it for about 2 weeks, and so far so good. We’ll keep using it and I will consider purchasing other products to try.

I’ve been using Glo Melanin for little less than a year now and I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful my skin is. I’ve told my family/friends about it and they’re loving the products too. I had been using Mary Kay products for many years but when I tried this product specifically for my skin it was a game changer. Also Ms. Elyka helped me with a shipping issue I had. She was kind and very prompt in helping me get my product. 10/10 experience with the product and customer service.

My products came fast but due to a possible shipping issue my face cream was leaking Ava dented. I reached out to customer service and they responded almost immediately even with our being outside of business hours. I was taken care of by Rio who was efficient and very personable! I’ve been using the products for a few days and have already noticed my dark spots that I’ve been having trouble with for a couple of weeks now lightening. The bar soap does dry my face out a little bit but once I finish using the entire system that feeling is gone and I have my post routine glow back!

My lips are smooth, soft and supple. They also appear to be getting lighter and more even toned. Had a small issue with an order and Rio C. helped me out so efficiently and quickly. Will keep using and ordering more products. Thanks again Rio ☺️
