Glo Melanin 

I purchased 3 bundles and it arrived just in a regular box. Luckily nothing leaked or was broken, however, they were not organized in a box. There was no invoice or product instructions. 2 of the lip balms were missing. I had emailed them a few times with no response. I voiced my concerns on a Facebook page and within a few days, I received an email stating that my missing products were being mailed to me.

Despite all this, the products are great and I have already seen an improvement in my skin and the pigmented spots on my face are fading. I like the packaging because it tells you what the main ingredients are on the outside.

I ordered for my twice already and she loves the products and it works great for dark marks. Thanks!

Yes 5 stars!!! The product is definitely made of quality material, my skin is soft, smooth and shiny, but unfortunately the dark spots still here ( I have a serious hyperpigmentation problem, I keep trying until one day I will get to the bottom of it ) but I would like to say thank you for the great customer service that this company offers, I spoke with Elyka a few times and she helped me during the entire process, she was very kind and supportive, I will definitely refer Glo Melanin to friends.

I'm truly grateful for finding these products because after my mid 30's I felt betrayed by my skin. I always had clear skin up until around 35 so I was lost for what to do when I started getting acne scars. I'm pleased with the progress so much I became a VIP member.

Started using the bar soap a few days ago and already my stubborn hyperpigmentation spot has almost faded. This bar soap is a game changer and the best product I have ever tried. I will definitely buy more of these bar soaps. Two thumbs up👍👍

I’ve been a regular customer at Glo Melanin for a while now, but my most recent order had a mix-up—I received more of one item and less of another. Even though the package arrived in perfect condition, the contents weren't right. I reached out with my evidence, and the response was incredible. Rio contacted me the very next morning with a perfect resolution. He shipped out the missing items immediately at no extra cost with free shipping, and even told me to keep the extra items from the first box as a gift. It’s rare to see a company take accountability so fast. They’ve definitely earned my continued loyalty!

I purchased lip trio on facebook and unbeknownst to me I was charged an additional 95 cent charge and did not know what for. I emailed CS and was responded to promptly and advised of additional charges for and auto membership, which would later be 14.99 per month, I did not know this to be true at checkout, moral of the story read and make sure your glasses are on for the fine print. I happily declined and was advised it will be cancelled. Probably doesn’t include a refund but hopefully it will not charge my credit card thereafter.
