Electrolysis for PCOS facial hair
Having dark unwanted hair on my face (PCOS) was embarrassing. Previous removal experiences had left me feeling vulnerable & unhappy. Sherrene communicated honestly to ensure I understood the cost and time commitment required for a good electrolysis result. She is professional and caring. This is a long term relationship so having an operator I could trust and build rapport with made the journey less embarrassing and easier to maintain the commitment. I could not recommend Sherrene highly enough. My results have lasted over 15 years so far with only occasional spot treating for a few new hairs. I am still a regular client but now enjoy my anti-aging skincare treatments with Sherrene. She has my lasting thanks.

Tried to be a customer from remote & visiting town
Being from out of town where no electrolysis is available & needing some more electrolysis while visiting Brisbane i could not believe the owner flat turned me away "i Don't operate that way" . Refused to do a session , very inflexible and unsympathetic in my view.
