Having placed an order goods were not received. Absolutely impossible to contact either by phone (no longer available message) or email. Company appears to be a front (illegit) allowing them to take payment only. DON'T BUY ANYTHING. I see after some research that I am not the only person this has happened to! I just wish I condo more to prevent anyone else falling into the same trap. I wish I could give no stars.

Scam! Order placed on 11 of February still no delivery no reply to my email and obviously no refund!!! Will be reporting this company as a scam!

AVOID. I suspect if you pay by debit card you are less likely to receive goods.
Phoney phone numbers and emails not acknowledged.
I was lucky, paid by credit card before checking out these reviews. Spotted item description showed Sku: n/a ! Tried to cancel on day 3 as website said status was still 'Processing' and not dispatched but my email was ignored. Item arrived on day 12 BUT if I had needed to return it by day 14 I could not as the return address on the Hermes [Evri] label read only "Business Account" !

Shocking, no customer service. They sent a package (goodness knows what of) via HERMES (also shocking) that was not delivered, and this was obviously the case via the tracking number, they still have my money 5 weeks & 5 emails later.

Would give zero stars if I could. Taking money under false pretences - there’s a law against that isn’t there?! No goods, no replies to emails, no refund. DO NOT give these scammers your money. Will report to OFT. Suggest others do the same to get these people dealt with.

!!!Avoid!!! Ordered on the 18th February, emailed a week later as I hadn't heard anything. They replied saying they would chase with their dispatch team. Didn't hear anything. Chased twice to then have a response saying:

Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we have had to cancel your order and reimburse you the full amount you've paid as the Back 2 Naturevdid not show on our morning delivery with our suppliers as the items are out of stock. This is out of our hands.

Still waiting for my refund. Out of pocket for the item I ordered and had to buy some elsewhere, so for now has cost me twice as much. Wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing.

I ordered 7 items on Feb 19th, after waiting a week and having to email then to ask if my items had been dispatched and awful customer service I was told my order was "complete". I received my order two weeks after original order date to find two items missing with no paper work in the parcel. I've emailed everyday from ordering the items for a refund or the items I'm missing to be sent to me and have been ignored every time. I 100% believe this place is a scam, avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely hideous service. I think this shop is run by a dog……Ordered and paid for items. Took over 10 days to ship, I eventually asked for a refund but items were shipped on same day. Got my order but items missing. Now not getting a response from them. Gotta try and get money back from bank now!! 😡😡😡

Order never arrived. Got the response to my first email chaser saying they will chase and dispatch. Never happened. All emails after that were not responded to. No item and no refund. Avoid!

This is a fake pet shop! A few Google clicks and I found an address in the US and a phone number with a SWITZERLAND dial code. My purchase was small and I’m going through my bank for a refund. Be careful. I wish I could upload the screenshots I have showing you the 807 Mize Cemetery Road, Somerset KY 42503 address, a Swiss dial code phone number and a totally different email address. I cancelled my bank card.
Did you notice how you cannot leave a review on their own website however there are a couple of 4 & 5 star reviews? That struck me as odd.

Just as the other recent reviewers have said - DO NOT buy from this company. They take your money and don't send your order and will reply to your first email to fob you off saying they will look into it and resolve it, then they do nothing and then ignore further emails.

Never ever order from them , I ordered on the 12th feb was advised dispatch would be 3-5 working days it’s not the 6th March no refund ignore my emails phone number doesn’t exist . Scam people out of money needs shutting down no wonder they changed there name , I have ordered with Clearpay they are trying to resolve this for me too joke don’t waste your money on a scam

No item received, was told refund would be with me in 5 days but a month later it has still not been received. Emails everyday this week have been unanswered.

Placed order 28th January and has taken until 2nd March to finally have a refund processed after not receiving my items.
Several emails ignored when asking where my order was, telephone number on site not in use. Finally got an email back to say problem with receiving emails and would get order out along with some free dog toys for the delay …. Order was not sent! Do not waste your time ordering from here

Stupidly I re ordered and not had any goods or any refunds. I've sent all details to the banks fraud team. Phone number dosnt work and emails are slow to answer . AVOID . REPORT..
