Great gloves poor product description
Unfortunately had finger spines in them which wasn't in the description. My son won't wear finger spines due to the lack of movement. All unwrapped so couldn't send them back and still sitting in his bedroom! 🤨

I don't normally write reviews, but feel that too often we see reviews when people are unhappy, and not enough when we have received excellent service. My son ordered a pair of gloves, spending a lot of his saved money to get them, only he hadn't realised the gloves he ordered weren't quite what he was after (no finger protection). Simone was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved for us, with excellent and thorough communications throughout. We have had the gloves exchanged for something more suitable without the slightest hint of trouble, and Simone even managed to hold the sale price he purchased them at for us! Thanks again for an excellent experience.
