Excellent Support to Replace DRY SKINN Gloves
I purchased a pair of DRY SKINN goaly gloves for my son for Christmas and within a few weeks they developed a fault where the stitching came away on the wrists.
I absolutely cannot fault the customer service we received. Simone responded to my emails in a very timely manner, offered various solutions (as the gloves weren’t in stock in size) to replace the faulty gloves, and provided another pair of superior gloves which arrived the following day.
I’d highly recommend both the company and the products - the fault on the gloves have been reported to the manufacturer, but they are clearly high quality. We’ll certainly go back to them - and thankfully I have a very happy son.

Brilliant human customer service!
I contacted the company because (a) my 15yo son loves their products, but (b) there was a minor issue with the bottle. They got back to me really quickly - a heartfelt personal response - and arranged to send a replacement to my son. This is brilliant customer service.

We're dissapointed to receive this feedback. This is a bespoke custom made glove created for you. Lead times are indicated when designing the product and our customer care team have informed you along the way about the timescales, as well as pushing the factory to produce the gloves quickly.
We were informed that your son's birthday is September 9th and I can confirm that the gloves should be with you by September 7th. We have also included, as previously informed, a free of charge vacuum water bottle worth £15 as a gesture of goodwill.

Had a problem with the first pair of gloves..nothing major but after sending photos to the company they got back to me straight away and sent out another pair free of charge. Cant fault the company for there customer service and the quality of there items are really good.
