Miracle Workers! Highly Recommend Steph and the Team
​I cannot thank Steph and the team enough for their incredible support during what turned out to be a nail-biting move.
​We hit a major crisis at the eleventh hour and genuinely thought we weren't going to exchange on the day. The prospect of not getting the keys to our new home was terrifying, but the team stayed calm, focused, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to pull it back from the brink.

I had a great experience with Anouska, Gemma, and Kerrie as my conveyancers when buying my first home. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated their patience, clear communication, and professionalism throughout the process. They made everything feel smooth and manageable, kept me well informed at every stage, and were always quick to respond to any questions. I’m very grateful for their support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly conveyancers.

Started off really well, then I found out through my estate agent that my solicitor quit her job. Not once did the solicitors call me to explain the situation. Then later when everything was almost done, they told my estate agents (not me) that they sent the contract through the post. Not sure who they sent it with as to this day (almost 4 months later) I still haven’t received the important documents.

After I drove all the way to their office to sign the documents that they “sent through the post” they had the audacity to say that the post office must of lost it. It’s nice to know that such important documents were not treated as such. I got the keys to my property on the 8th of Jan, and yet still to this day 28/03/26 the important document are still yet to be delivered.

So it’s easy to come to the assumption that the solicitors lied to me about them sending the documents in the first place…

The communication of this solicitors is borderline non existent. Then when it came to moving day, the sellers didn’t leave the property until 7.45 hours past they were meant to. And the solicitors couldn't care less.

Avoid them at all costs, as soon as the fee is paid they could not care less.

A huge thank you to Kellie, Charlotte, Cerys at GloverPriest, Market Harborough, for their conveyancing work on my recent property sale. Attentive, friendly, professional all through the process, backed up with sound advice and great communication. A delight to work with and highly recommended. Would certainly choose GloverPriest again.

I was always told theres no such thing as a good solicitor but Ellie and Sally were fantastic from start to finish. I was always kept informed with quick replies and they handled everything as soon as they received it.

Couldn't be bothered to keep in contact with me, constantly blamed the searches for not being complete, only to find out they were completed 2 months before. Wanting more money for extended searches even though previous questions hadn't been answered. As a 1st time buyer I was hoping for a guiding hand to make the process easier. Instead I lost out on buying my dream home. Just to be kept updated instead of blaming others would have really helped but nothing.

The worst solicitors we've ever dealt with in our over 15 years of property purchase business.
They made us loose purchase of two properties and money.
Two staff there Chloe and Sophie not helpful at all. We will send documents to them and they will claim documents not received and keep asking for explanation and explanation even though the documents are with are with them.
Kept delaying until two mortgage offers expired, both extended and expired and we lost out.
Our mortgage adviser even complained and got fed up.
We can never recommend this solicitors for property purchase to even our enemy.

Be careful with them, they use a poor system for ID checking that is not working and they ask extra fee for another ID checking. At the end they ask double fee for ID checking because their system is not working despite I sent many emails and I never accepted their extra fee. They immediately threatens to sue, abusing his legal advantage.

As first-time buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect from the process, but Glovers Priest Solicitors made everything so much easier than we ever anticipated. From start to finish, they put us completely at ease and were always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small.
